Wonderful place with friendly hosts! You immediatelly feel at home and the sunset in your large kitchen and spaceous balcony is amazing. Value for money! Recommended.

We had such a lovely time! Milena was a wonderful host, very welcoming, communicative and helpful. The apartment and view was absolutely lovely, we wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

This is our favorite place to stop on the way to Montenegro. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and simply a wonderful person. The accommodation has everything you need, especially considering you'll likely spend your days at the nearby beach and your evenings strolling along the lively promenade, filled with restaurants and small shops.

Perfect place with beautiful sea views. Great amenities, very clean and only a few minutes from the beach. Marina and her sister were very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommended!

My partner, my son and I had a lovely stay at Marijana’s place. From the beginning she was so welcoming, going above and beyond - we even had fresh fruit that she had grown. She left our son a happy birthday note and even got him some chocolates! How sweet. Marijana was so welcoming, she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She also made recommendations for around the area. We will recommend this place to our family and friends and hope to come back ourselves some time. Marijana will treat you like family :) It helps that the views are amazing too, we had lovely barbecues in the evening with the sun still shining in the garden. Thank you Marijana!!

Comfortable, well-furnished apartment with a beautiful view, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, where you can feel the breeze from the sea. Large shaded terrace with a beautiful view. Very good contact with a nice helpful host. A big plus for me was the possibility of parking the car in the garage! Staying in this apartment is a pure pleasure, we will definitely come back here. Beautiful apartment right in the centre with short walks to most places you’d want to visit in Zadar.

A fantastic stay right by the sea! We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment is located on the sea and the view is simply breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the sea every morning was a highlight. Everything was super clean and very tastefully decorated, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. We would like to highlight the host Nika – she was always available, incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Super hostess - great 👍🏼 We immediately felt very comfortable in Maja's apartment. Everything was tip top clean & super furnished 👌🏼 The accommodation is close to Zadar & the airport. Yes, at certain traffic times, aircraft fly over the house. But it didn't bother us very much. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊♥️

We had wonderful days at the apartment in Tkon. you can have a coffee with a nice view in the morning and after that go a few steps down to the beach where you can have a swim. You will find nice restaurants just a few minutes of walking. Would love to come back one day.

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger. Good location directly on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the preseason, you can spend a nice and quiet holiday there. Many thanks to the dear hostess.

Lovely host and great apartment

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

I would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking the area. Had a fabulous dinner & gorgeous sunset @ Ribar Jere which was a short walk. We explored Krka national park on our way to the apartment. We road tripped to Plikvicka National Park 1 day & it was an easy drive to & from. Loved the hot tub at night after hiking & driving. Roof porch was lovey to sit & read & view the water. VERY quiet & relaxing. Very comfortable king beds & quiet sleeping space. I would stay again if I return to the area. Beautiful apartment.
