Cozy accommodation in a caravan above the valley of the Střely River. Come and stop and clear your head in the beautiful local forests. Like in the old days, without electricity and with hand-heated water, you can try a slow way of "being". Don't worry, everything is arranged so that your comfort is not disturbed. On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

Yary yurt

The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

Apartmán - Rezidence Pod Shumavou

Put your feet on the table and relax in this quiet, stylish space. We offer a cozy studio apartment with a balcony in the new Pod Šumavou Residence. Parking by the house. The city of Klatovy, known as the "Gate of the Bohemian Forest", is a great starting point for tourists – it offers many trails for walks and hikes. Nearby Šumava provides great conditions for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and ski tours. Železná Ruda, a ski resort, is only 35 km away. A short walk from the apartment is a bike path and a ski, cross-country and snowboard rental.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Unique healing stay in a caravan next to menhirs

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Do you need to completely disconnect from electricity and civilization and connect to nature? You have a unique opportunity to spend your time in the bosom of nature next to the healing menhir circle. This space is very healing. We also offer sleeping by the fire in the middle of the menhirs. There is a natural swimming pool 3 km away. Klatovy 7km. Here you can visit unique sights. Food - possibility of cooking on fire. Water from a well on the property 50 m from the caravan. Firewood for a fee.

The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just a night's sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

From the terrace you will have an undisturbed view of the surrounding nature – an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The caravan is equipped with a practical kitchenette with a small fridge and during the warm months you can use the outdoor summer shower. The whole place is ideal for those looking for an escape from the city, contact with nature and peace. Come slow down, breathe some fresh air.

Apartment 3+1 Klatovy, lucrative location near the center

Spacious apartment with balcony in the center of Klatovy is located in a prefabricated house on the 1st floor without elevator. The apartment is after reconstruction and equipped. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. And the second bedroom offers 2 separate beds. Kitchen partially equipped, living room is separate. There is a spacious dressing room. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet. The equipment includes towels, bed linen, toiletries. We are willing to add anything by agreement.

Usedlost Zhorec- cozy cottage with garden

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In 2022, our dream was born and in 2024 it became a reality. My wife and I built a log cabin. With my own help and my own hands. We have opened a new log house for you, which, while retaining the traditional style of a log house, is very modernly equipped. It is designed for guests who want to spend a quiet holiday near Pilsen in a picturesque landscape under the ruins of Radyně Castle.
