Apartment on smaller country estate

The apartment is 60 m2, for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra bed. The apartment contains the kitchen with dining table, large double bed, private new bathroom, sofa group and TV, there is internet, but you must have your own streaming subscription. On the country property, there are Icelandic horses and beautiful rural views out over the field and forest. We are next door to an outdoor swimming pool, which is open to the public in the summer. There is a nature path across fields down to Roskilde last year and Gershøj inn, a walk of about 30 minutes.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Cottage by Lejre Vig. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The house is located 1st row to Roskilde fjord with its own bathing jetty. Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and small rowboat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 double bedroom (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the shipboard. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, hornfish, and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

On the 1st floor there is a kitchen and dining room, on 2. Hall TV living room and office space, and bedroom on 3. Sal with great views. The mill is a 30 minute drive from Copenhagen

Lækkert sommerhus på hele 138 m2. Fordelt på stor stue, skønt HTH køkken/spisestue, 2 badeværelser med brus og toilet, soveværelse, hyggelig alkove, bryggers og anneks med dobbeltseng. Skøn træterrasse omkring huset, så solen kan nydes fra morgen til aften. Træpilleovn/varmepumpe. Flot have, der er lukket godt af med skøn kirsebærlaurbærhæk. Kort gåtur gennem selve Ejby Ådal til Isefjorden. 800 m. til vandkant, hvor der er badebro. Vi afregner forbrug af el separat. Forbrug af vand er inklusiv.

Dining area for 2 persons. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Roskilde and about 300 meters to the beach with bathing bridge. Nearby there are also 2 restaurants. Approximately 2.5 km to shopping opportunities The house is located in our backyard, where we are staying.
