Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!

Accommodation Otterbäcken with kitchenette and private entrance

This small home in a quiet residential area is located so you can experience both city, sea and nature. With the bus to town (Linnéplatsen) it takes about 15 minutes and the same for a walk down to the sea. The forest and Sandsjöbacka nature reserve are just around the corner. The accommodation has a private entrance and consists of a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. In the summer you can have breakfast outside and enjoy the babbling of the stream and the singing of the birds.

Nice villa in a fantastic area near the sea! The house is 3 floors and has many social spaces where you can have a good time with friends & family! Large patio with gas grill, hot tub & a cozy pergola because you can enjoy the evenings. 3 minutes from the house there is the bus where you can go into town in just over 20 minutes! Ica maxi & Systembolaget are located 2 kilometers from the house. 5 adult bikes are in place.
