Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Nybyggt hus+ bastu, precis vid sjön

Mysigt litet hus, 10 m från sjön, 10 min utanför Nora. Altan, bastu, egen badplats, brygga och roddbåt. Solnedgångar avnjutes bäst i hammocken på bryggan (sommartid). Huvudbyggnaden är nybyggd 2021 med nytt och fräscht kök och badrum. Vedeldad kamin. Öppen, ljus planlösning. Stora fönster och glasdörrar mot sjön. Nybyggd bastu (klar att använda), men utsida och lusthus är fortfarande under byggnation. Lugnt område med närhet till skog med fina stigar, bl.a. Bergslagsleden. Golfbana ca 3km bort.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Med naturen som granne och sjön utanför dörren är det bara att slappna av. Njut av fiske, vandring, paddling, bad och allt annat naturen har att erbjuda. Stugan ligger helt själv på en udde. Det finns ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa . El finns och alla bekvämligheter som fullutrustat kök, kyl, frys , spis och tidsenlig inredning . Inget rinnande vatten utan vatten har man på dunk. Avlopp finns i köket. Det finns förbränningstoalett men ingen dusch.

Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging. Featured by Sweden’s largest daily newspapers as one of the most loved Airbnbs.

Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

Semesterparadis bastu och badtunna i lugn natur

Efter en grusväg uppe på ett berg i hjärtat av finnskogen hittar ni lugnet i det här smultronstället med allt som behövs för en underbar semester.här bor man med tystnaden mitt i naturen, precis vid en sjö men med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. I närområdet finns flera sjöar och fina fiskevatten, möjligheten att plocka bär och svamp, vandra eller varför inte ta en tur upp till ”rännbergs toppen” (vandringsled upp till en närliggande bergstopp)

Stuga med lyx, fågelkvitter och härlig natur

Gammelgården ligger 5 km norr om Finspång. Stugan är nybyggd i gammal stil med månfönster, kristallkrona och lyxiga sängkläder. Sjöutsikt och spång ner till Bysjön, vi har en liten roddbåt för gäster. Lån av cyklar för härliga cykellturer och lån av golfklubbor, Finspång har 27 håls bana med pay and play. Vi (Ingrid och Bill och katterna Tussilago och Pantufa )bor på gården i ett gammalt hus från 1750 talet med separat ingång och parkering.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
