In addition to the particularly convenient location (Train connection in the village/ 250 m from the property/ highway in 5 km) in Odendorf there is an Aldi/ Edeka/ post office/ pharmacy/ gas station/ Rossmann/ restaurant/ bakery/ doctors & a garage. Odendorf is located between Rheinbach & Euskirchen in the Voreifel & is regionally a wonderful starting point for visits to Bonn, Cologne, Brühl, Phantasialand & the Eifel.

The Dömchen is a more than 400-year-old half-timbered house. It was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a luxurious ambiance in old natural building materials. The location is quiet between a park with children's playground and the narrow and quiet street opposite the church. The house offers modern comfort with fast Wi-Fi, full amenities and a gas fireplace, and an enclosed courtyard. It is therefore suitable for families and visitors with dogs as well as for business travelers.

Near Bonn 10 km, Cologne 30 km, Phantasialand 15 km, Euskirchen Therme 15 km, Jakobsweg, Römerkanal, Kottenforst + the Eifel. It is in the basement of our house. The place has about 3500 inhabitants. Necessary shopping facilities available in the village, an ice cream parlor, an Italian.

The property is located in the beautiful Voreifel town of Rheinbach and is only 15-20 minutes by car from the vineyards in the Ahr Valley, in the triangle of the amusement park "Phantasialand" and the thermal baths of Euskirchen (travel time about 15 minutes). The train station with connections to Cologne and Bonn is a 5-minute walk.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.
