The staff helped with any issues. The cottage is large and full of nooks and crannies. There are plenty of spaces for your own things. The views from the windows and balconies are great, right on the mountains and Wang Temple. The price also includes A SPA, so after an active day, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

Very large home with many opportunities to deal with. We had a great stay. However, we noticed some small maintenance work in the house. All in all, it was a wonderful time.

Perfect for a good time in a larger group! We were with six families at Jakub's and enjoyed the time very much. Helpful, direct and friendly communication. Beautiful surroundings. Sure, the house is not a new building, but everything is available: bathroom/WC in each room, fully equipped kitchen incl. Dispenser, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, grill & fireplace directly at the house, short walk to Černá studnice.

Together with my partner, we chose Mr. Andrzej's offer. Everything was as described, quiet neighborhood and beautiful view from the room. Easy and quick access to any place. We recommend it and we will definitely come back 😊😊

Nice, accommodating family! A big plus: the ski slope right outside the front door.

What a wonderful place and rare accommodation. Very quiet location in beautiful surroundings. We were able to enjoy a week and would prefer to stay another week longer. We were with 2 families with children aged 13, 14 and 15. Children had a great time: making campfire, chopping wood, exploring nature and abandoned houses viewed. Exciting adventures polite. Trip to Prague done- it's 2 hours away from the house. Every day it is possible to order warm fresh bread. Wonderful. Sauna is great too. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee and the book on the beautiful veranda where birds visit. Curious blackbird regularly knocked on the disaster. We will definitely not forget this week.

I rarely write a review, but this accommodation really deserves it, as it was rated very good by all 7 adults traveling with me. The apartment is exactly as the owner describes and depicted in the photos. I came in and immediately felt comfortable. Unusual, but yes, everything was available here. Extra plus points on my part: the fenced garden area with toys and nice seating, the great selection of records and the out-of-tune piano, which contributed greatly to the entertainment of the pianists. The existing ukulele was quickly tuned and also contributed to the house music.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, sufficient for 5 people. Close to shop, cafe and restaurant. Minutes by car there are a lot of ski lifts . We loved it, we'd love to come back.Thank you

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

We had a wonderful time in the absolutely beautifully furnished and also very extensively equipped house. We lacked nothing and Katarzyna was extremely nice and accommodating. The garden and the surroundings are fantastically green and beautifully quiet. We'd love to come back with the family, because we felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

The Maršovka cottage perfectly met our expectations. Accommodation for 9 adults and 6 children was absolutely no problem. The social room with a children's corner was also great, and there were plenty of games where everyone could enjoy themselves. The location of the cottage itself was ideal for trips, we would love to come back in the future.

Our stay was very calm and relaxing. The house is very private and it contains all that you might need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was very clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in. There are shops nearby and nature behind every corner. Very much recommended!

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

Jolana and her family hosted us very well. They were attentive hosts who paid personal and detailed attention to our needs. We spent a week vacation in Vrchlabi and there were so many things to do. The area is extraordinary. Standout things for us were: 1.) The walks in the National Parks along the river and across the ridge to the highest peak in Czech. 2.) The spa/ wellness center in Spindlruv Mlyn (neighbor town) was outstanding 3.) The Arnspach sandstone formation and accessible walks we truly unique 4.) Prague is accessible and not too far away for a days exploration. 5.) Vrchlabi itself is enjoyable to restore. They have great crepes at the oldest house in town which is now a cafe Czech has so much to offer and we felt Vrchlabi was an excellent place to explore it from. Jolana’s AirBNB was also excellent. The apartment was clean and well appointed. For a family of 5 we felt it was spacious enough although we ate all our meals in their beautiful garden. They have great amenities: dipping pool, BBQ area, table tennis, tennis court (but you’ll have to bring your own rackets). We visited in summer but the area is also a ski area and Jolana is very knowledgeable about the ski areas. The place also was good value for money. I heartily recommend Jolana and Pension Ceri.

We were there with 6 people to hike in the area. Very good location of the cabin, lots of sun, pool, fire pit at sunset and plenty of space. Perfect also that there is a sauna. There is everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sabere rooms, good beds, kitchen equipment OK. If you want to hike, it is best to take the car and drive a few kilometers away instead of starting at the cabin. There are no hiking trails right in front of the house. I've visited many cabins in the Czech Republic and this one was perfect.

We stayed in this accommodation for a week with 3 families and felt very comfortable. The space in the house is completely sufficient to spend time with many children. The garden with the meadows and forests behind the house also give many opportunities for quick and easy excursions directly from the property. The house is very nice and homely, you should just know that any insulation is missing and you actually hear every step. Photographed with a wide angle, it still looks bigger than it is in the pictures. Still enough for the number of guests indicated. Wood for fireplaces (we would actually have needed it because heating with electricity is very expensive), or even for a campfire should be provided yourself, because the existing one is very price-intensive with €10/small box. All in all still recommended.

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

We had a wonderful snow vacation at Malgorzata. The house was beautiful, cozy, spacious, perfect for kids. The fireplace was great, it was nice and warm. We had the entire time over snow and were able to toboggan the house directly, take snow walks and even to the ski slope (5 minutes by car). The communication with Malgorzata was very friendly and fast, all questions were answered immediately. There were even ski pants on site (we forgot). We definitely recommend the place and the accommodation and will be happy to come back ! ❤️

Eva was very helpful, available, always eager to do everything right, good communication, although half in German, half English, and with Czech cell phone translation help; I was here with my total of 6 people and friends, and we all liked it, the main attraction is the ski resort, which we were able to use very well, as well as we did many hikes. The accommodation is simple, but everything you need and also clean; it is quite great that every room has its own bathroom, we were delighted and are already thinking about coming back, maybe coming back in 2 years, always recommended

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

Everything we needed was there, including towels and bed linen, although it was not specified in the equipment. Cozy cottage. We felt very comfortable.
