Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Our youngest was in seventh heaven during our stay and now always asks in every other accommodation where the playroom is. The house leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished. We also enjoyed the fantastic garden and outdoor area with pool, cozy seating area and children's playground. We lacked nothing. Supermarkets and excursion destinations in the vicinity were quickly reached by car. We will be happy to come back.

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

Five of us spent Easter here. Very nice house, good location, hikes are possible directly from the house. For 10 people, however, a bathroom would be very scarce. We will definitely be back!

It was a very nice, cozy and well maintained place in a very quiet location. The owner was very friendly and personable and the communication worked out great. We highly recommend the place.

It was a super nice stay, we felt very comfortable. The pool, the jacuzzi, the stylish garden, the possibilities of sitting together at the table indoors and outdoors and being able to enjoy the time together, remains unforgettable. Beautiful place, well equipped. Fenced garden where we could feel free to let the kids play, nice place for fire and sausages in the evening. The owner always responded very quickly and willingly gave us advice and accommodated everything we needed. We didn't miss anything. Thanks for having a great stay.

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped and full of charm. We especially loved the beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, ideal for unwinding. It's also ideal for families with children: there's a pool in the garden, a playground, a trampoline, a lake nearby, and plenty of space to run around and play. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet, perfect for families with small children. Everything looked exactly like the photos. You probably can't do much without a car, but that doesn't matter. The place is a little further from shops or restaurants, etc., but nothing that would limit you too much. There is a lot to see in the nearby area. The hosts were pleasant and friendly, leaving as much space as possible. Perhaps the only thing that surprised us in a negative sense was how close the cottage is to the host's house. But in practice, it didn't matter at all. We can definitely recommend it!

The stay in the caravan in Poniklá was something very special! Surrounded by greenery, secluded at the end of the small town with a view of the vastness, this accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, people with wanderlust and those in need of peace and quiet. The caravan is brand new and equipped with all amenities (electricity, insect net, hotplates, espresso maker, etc.), water can be fetched from the stream next door with large canisters, the large terrace, the hammock, the fireplace and the huge garden invite you to relax. There's even a trampoline. However, it is recommended to arrive by car in order to easily reach hiking and shopping destinations. Juliana was a wonderful host, from the flexible check-in to the invitation to use garden herbs, practical tips for the area to the always friendly accessibility, we simply felt very comfortable in her caravan. If there is time, we will definitely come back!

My family and I had a nice relaxing place at Diana’s place with our dogs. The house is comfy, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Plus, close to lots of great walking trails and just a short drive to many of the regions sites. The house and yard are spacious, and we especially enjoyed the record player and grill. We definitely recommend and hope to come again!

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! It was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful secluded region. There is a small consumption in the village and up to the Schneekoppe we drove less than an hour by car. Since there was still snow a week before arrival, the barbecue was not yet directly on site, but was brought to us easily and quickly upon request. Thank you so much for the wonderful break at your place!

We had a very nice stay at this great house. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and as described. It is located directly on the main street, so it is easy to reach and find, yet it is quiet. The check-in went smoothly and the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the house.

The cabin is very pleasant and spacious. It is located in a very quiet place just 8 minutes by car from Semily where there are supermarkets and restaurants.

Petra responded quickly to our request and we were able to book very spontaneously. It was clean, cozy and nice and quiet. Petra's house and a second hut are on the same property. The large, beautiful garden does not interfere with this. The village and the surrounding area are also very idyllic. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation!
