Auf 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very secluded and quiet so the perfect place to really unwind! The lidos in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. Within walking distance: lido, popular restaurant, bus line (runs daily but not hourly ;-) Here you will be: Tettenhausen, a district of Waging, is a climatic health resort in the beautiful Chiemgau region. We are located directly on cycling and hiking trails. Ideal starting point for many excursions by car: ca. 30 km to Salzburg/Chiemsee/Ruhpolding and 50 km to Berchtesgaden.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.

Have a nice time in Taching am See - the apartment offers what you need after a long day outside, at the lake or in the mountains. Dinner on the terrace or at the large kitchen table makes every day perfect. In just under 10 minutes you can walk to the lake shore. Dogs are welcome! For a small fee, we also provide a garage and early check-in.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In summer, children play in the street, and people stroll by in a relaxed manner – a pleasant, established neighborhood with a lot of charm. Here you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy a relaxing evening on the bench in front of the house.
