Very pleasant stay in a well-equipped house, very clean, quiet, with a terrace and a garden just as pleasant. We were able to walk to the center of Soulac and the coast. Marie Hélène is available, very welcoming and gives good advice. We recommend Marie Hélène's house without any problems and with pleasure!

A superb, clean and harmonious house. No worries about noise. It's a very nice house especially for a romantic getaway. Nearby beach with plenty of activities around that were recommended to us by the host. The host has always been responsive and attentive to our needs.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

Very clean and easy to access .

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Very good stay, very useful bikes, close to everything and very quiet. Olivier is very kind and flexible, which is very nice.

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Virginie's apartment is ideally located. Small, charmingly furnished studio. Nothing is missing. In addition, communication with Virginie is fluid and very nice. Recommended for short stays. Thank you Virginie

we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is a stone's throw from the sea and the street is free for parking. Florence was super responsive, gave us plenty of addresses and the accommodation was decorated with a lot of taste and with little extra touches. in a word: TOP!!!! Thanks

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
