We spent 3 nights in the accommodation. This stay was very pleasant, we were able to enjoy the spa. The host is very friendly and accessible. The city is pleasant (activities, many shops, a beach accessible to dogs, medieval castle, nature area for walking...). However, we stayed with our dog and it was a little awkward in the sense that the accommodation, being semi-private with a small patch of grass, was not fully fenced. Our dog was able to pass through the bushes and ended up on the road, fortunately our dog is not a runaway. This is the only downside. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, we recommend it.

We have already come the year before last for a weekend of family reunions in Bourgenay. Location. We plan to return to Martial next year😊.

We would have stayed longer! Isabelle and Claude are very welcoming and accommodating. Their Airbnb was really a very good surprise! A super well-equipped kitchen, a peaceful terrace in the sun, lots of board games if we want to keep ourselves busy at home and lots of other amenities that made us have a very pleasant stay!

Very good stay, close to the port of bourgenay, a bakery, a grocery store, a pizza truck, a pizza machine, a restaurant and a bike rental. The house is well-equipped and clean. Alizee is very nice and she equipped the house to my liking. If I have to leave, obviously it will be at Alizee's.🙂

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. The only downside, but not Mireille's responsibility, was that the large pool slides were closed "because it was low season". However, the pool was very busy, it's a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The nearby mini-golf is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

We stayed at Marie Odile's with our two children. The apartment: Very beautiful, breathtaking ocean view, comfortable. It is also very well equipped. There's absolutely everything there! The residents of the building are also adorable. And then Marie Odile, a great host, who makes sure everything is going well, who checks in on you. Go ahead without hesitation! We strongly recommend and will come back back.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

The sea is at the end of the path through the pine forest as indicated on the listing... just follow the sound of the waves. Small downside: tennis and volleyball court not maintained at all... This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to the restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in hot weather outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!

We had a very good stay (2 couples of friends without children) in this apartment with a direct view of the beach. Clearly the number 1 asset of this accommodation. Clean and functional apartment, close to all shops on foot, very convenient. Good quality bedding. Just lacked the little "Airbnb spirit" side, we only had messaging exchanges with the hosts, quite succinct and no contact otherwise.
