Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Mamut is a warm friendly country home with generous common spaces and unique bedrooms. It is designed to enjoy time together, relax in front of the fireplace or hang out in the surrounding garden. Guests especially appreciate the huge table, kids-friendly environment and the BBQ shed.

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

The 120 square meters (with its own apartment entrance door) are located in a retro villa and provide space for up to 5 guests, 2 pets and 3 bicycles. On your own terrace you can enjoy the sun or relax in the living room - with panoramic windows - and read a book. Very suitable for a stop on the Pan-European or 5-river bike path.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
