Our nice apartment gives you a true feeling of city life, combined with active beach life. Have a lunch in the sun at the terrace, inside the apartment or take it to the beach- enjoying the sea view. In the evening, you can also have a barbeque on the terrace, while you are enjoying the evening sun.

Du får det ikke bedre hvis du vil bo nogle dage i København I øvrigt: Tagterrasse (fælles) Cykler (road bike size 56 på anfordring) Kajakker (to stk single) Parkering i aflåst kælder (mulighed for el opladning) 3. sal (elevator i ejendommen) Shopping mall (200 m) - "Fisketorvet" Balkon med aftensol. Luksuslejlighed omgivet af vand. Denne unikke bolig har sin helt egen stil. Super moderne byggeri med tagterrasse og egen bådplads. Lejligheden har 3 etager fordelt med køkken, stue, toilet og entre på 1. sal, 2 soveværelser og bad på 2. sal og en fantastisk tagterrasse på 3. sal med udsigt til husbåde og grønne omgivelser. Det er enkelt at komme rundt i byen med såvel Metro, vandbus og offentlig transport lige uden for døren. Indendørs P-plads kan tilkøbes. Du vil elske boligen og stedet.

Moderne lejlighed i roligt område tæt på centrum

Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.

Spacious flat at the wonderful Islands Brygge

Right at the harbour on Islands Brygge this flat is located just 15 minutes Walk to City center, Tivoli and Main station. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Lejlighed på Islands Brygge - tæt på byen - men samtidigt roligt på terrassen med udsigt til havnen, bådene og vandet som du kan tage en svømmetur i. Du kan let leje en Donkey cykel rundt om hjørnet, så du kan cykle rundt i København, til Reffen Street Food, opleve Christiania og Den lille Havfrue. Aftenen på terrassen byder både på lyden af Rådhusklokkerne, fyrværkeriet i Tivoli og lyden fra bådene i vandet, der sejler tæt forbi terressen.

Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

The place is less than 10 minutes from the airport and just a short metro ride from downtown Copenhagen. Super convenient! Plenty of things to see and do here for families and fun-seeking visitors. Like Copenhagen’s favorite beach and the largest aquarium in Northern Europe.
