Great place for a quick getaway in the mountains. The drive to the spot was very scenic. I would recommend the space for anyone that was looking for a quick nature trip.

Matthew’s guest house is exactly as described! It was extremely clean and easy to find; the instructions for check-in were simple to follow and spot on. The neighborhood is very peaceful! Would 12/10 book again when visiting my friends.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Sara and Sam were great hosts and their place was fantastic. We really appreciated their clear and responsive communication, would stay again!

Overall an incredible experience! Very clean. Very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Good communication. The view is insane. Pictures don’t do it justice. A well needed relaxing getaway in nature away from the city. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a week and this was the perfect place for me! Very peaceful, quiet and even rural while being very close to everything Malibu and LA has to offer. Rebecca is an amazing host and was very communicative & helpful throughout the entire stay but made sure to give me plenty of privacy. The 2 goats were easily the highlight of the stay! So fun to hang around & pet, the one greeted me at the gate immediately when i arrived! Place had a comfy bed, all the basics to cook dinners (even a hot plate), wifi, and full bathroom. Just be fully aware of the limitations mentioned in the listing with the sink and septic system, I was totally fine but can imagine other not being if they missed it in the listing. The power did go out one night which was obviously not the hosts fault and is rare, but I had 0 cell service at the property so was reliant on wifi to communicate. The trail at the end of the road is a must! Best sunset view ive ever seen and was totally alone both times i went!

Megan's tiny house is not that tiny. I love the place! There is nothing to hate about it, if youre in LA you should be driving cause this place is not accessible via walking but you get the view, the peace after exploring the busy LA. Will definitely come back here if im in LA.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Lauren was truly the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. Her home was not only more beautiful than the pictures, but also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. Among all the places I've stayed, this was by far the best. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful snacks she had prepared for us 🥹 such a kind and generous gesture that made us feel right at home. Thanks to Lauren, our trip started off perfectly. I’m so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

This is the second time we have stayed at Phillip’s place. As before, the setting, down stone steps from the pool and in the midst of a lush garden, was absolutely magical. While the house is uncluttered, everything you could possibly need for your stay is neatly tucked away, including a professional sized steamer. I arrived for my daughter’s wedding preparations a day late and just out of the hospital, and Phillip’s concern and offers of help were deeply appreciated. This a beautiful oasis in the middle of Valley Village, run by a very nice host and his sweet dog. I hope to return here many times in the future.

This is a tranquil spot. The indoor space is cozy and well-appointed. The shared outdoor space is a good place to read and watch the humming birds by day, or light the fire pit at night. The dogs, Lyla and Augie, added some sweet company.

Our stay with Kelli was what every Airbnb experience should be. Kelli is personable so easy to communicate with. The hospitality was more than we expected, she is a sweetheart. The location is on a beautiful cul-de-sac, incredibly tranquil, perfect for any type of trip. Private entrance and parking on premise was priceless. Every detail was perfect, from the comfy furnishings, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, towels and blankets. There is an extra large bathroom with two sinks a standing shower and huge soaking bathtub. Kelli's place was a true home away from home. We lived in Santa Clarita for over 34 years felt great to be back home and "feel like we were coming home every night". The bed was so comfy did not want to get up on the morning haha also had a beautiful Livingroom area to sit on a recliner or sofa and watch some TV. Our stay could not have been better! Looking forward to future visits!!

The place was fantastic. A little tricky to get to especially if coming from Malibu in the fog! Worth the trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

The studio was the perfect place to call home for the weekend in between business travel. Laura was very accommodating and she even baked some fresh bread that I enjoyed for breakfast. This studio feels super safe, clean and just like home. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I slept great. I wish I could've spent more time there and I will definitely be booking with Laura Jane again when I'm back in town!!

Easy check in, comfortable place and easy access to LA proper. Definitely recommend!

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

Carla’s art studio was actually a little larger than I thought it would be and the views are somehow even more stunning. It’s quick to get down to the Zuma beach area. The stairs to the loft are rather steep and noisy, but there is a motion light to make a middle of the night trek to the bathroom a bit safer. We had a great couple days. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was perfect I forgot a tooth brush and she even provided that! I felt right at home! Will definitely rent again! Thank you for everything!
