Holiday rentals with lake access in Tbilisi

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

We want to thank Marie for her wonderful place, we felt at home. The house is located in the very center of Tbilisi in a quiet courtyard from where you could get anywhere, 5 minutes to the metro. It should be noted that Marie has wonderful and friendly neighbors, who also create a good impression of this property. Thanks a lot!

This is our third time staying at Danny and Salome's place. Everything was perfect as usual, thank you guys for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house fully matches the photos - cozy and comfortable. We were traveling with a dog, so the private fenced area was a big plus for us. The place has everything you need: a nice spot for a BBQ, good air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The last 15 meters of the road were a bit challenging for our low car, but it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. Big thanks to the host, Irakli - we really appreciated everything, and we think we’ll come back again!

Really great host with a beautiful airbnb near the water with the best view. House was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs was a bit cold but I’m from Texas so everything is cold for me lol Thank you for letting us book

One of the best Villas we have stayed in as a family and everything was so clean and felt like home from the moment we entered. Everything was in order and we all did not want to leave the Villa and go out. beautiful swimming pool and garden with all amenities

Во первых Таша поразительно приятный человек очень любезная и отзывчивая, предоставила нам абсолютно все что нужно было для детей вплоть до детской кроватки, и ванночки, квартира очень просторная чистая, воздух хороший, и всегда есть парковочное место возле дома. Нам все понравилось, мы однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся в будущем!

Lasha was a great host — very responsive and quick to answer all of my questions. Despite nearby construction — and honestly, the whole city of Tbilisi feels like it’s under construction — the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The balcony faces an open, quiet lot with no buildings directly overlooking it, giving the space a peaceful, private feel and allowing in plenty of fresh air. You might be tempted to leave the balcony door open all the time — but just a heads-up: there's a black cat in the area that might wander in if it stays open too long. It’ll leave as soon as you notice and give it a look 😂 It’s a beautiful and clean cat, though. The interior looks exactly like it does in the photos. You can get a clear sense of the layout just by paying attention to the pictures. There’s also an excellent martial arts gym right next door — kickboxing, BJJ, MMA, heavy lifting... The neighborhood is also great for running.

Мы в восторге от квартиры. Идеально чисто! Уютно! Все необходимое что в ванной, что на кухне было в наличии. Район прекрасный, это не центр наполненный туристами, тем и прекрасен. Рядом два больших парка, канатка до черепашьего озера, рестораны , зоомагазины и все что хочешь. Хозяйка квартиры тепло встретила и помогала в любых вопросах. Единственный минус для меня-шумная улица, окна открытыми оставлять невозможно! Машины и мотоциклы гоняют весь день и всю ночь со страшными звуками. Но моим членам семьи это не мешало, например.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is modern, bright, clean, spacious, and calm, with the best view through the windows. Right next to the house, there is a beautiful path to Turtle Lake with picturesque views. Nino's a lovely host, she solved all the tiny issues we had and always replied fast.

Tina is a wonderful host. The house is located close to everywhere. In the morning, you say hello to the day with the waterfall and the sound of birds. Everything that a house should have is available in this house. I would like to thank Tina again for such a well-equipped house. The only thing you need to know is that if you do not have a car, a taxi cannot drop you in front of the house because the street is closed with a barrier. If you have a vehicle, you can access the barrier control at home. Otherwise, you have to climb a 200 meter hill.
