Nice apartment with an incredible view! It's great to sit on the balcony, listen and see the ocean. The house has a swimming pool with ocean water. We were there in May, the pool was still quite cold to swim. Also, the pool is being restored, which spoils the impression. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need. In my opinion, I would like the furniture to be newer, but it is not very critical. There is a nice quiet city around, there are several shops nearby. I definitely recommend this place for the view from the balcony! It is worth noting that if you have a light sleep, the noise of the ocean can be too loud at night with the window open. Thanks host, everything was great.

Our second stay in this great apartment was even more beautiful than the first - it was almost a little like "coming home". The contact with Bárbara was again flawless and the key handover by her mother also worked perfectly. The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen offers everything you need for a great cooking evening. We'll be back for sure!

Everything was facilitated by Aaron. The apartment is as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. Small great details that make everything easier when you arrive (2 bottles of water, coffee, tea, trash bags, a shoe rack, smart TV that can be seen from the living area and from the bed, etc). The apartment has an elevator and is very well located and maintained. Next to the center (a couple of minutes walk) but far enough away so that you are not disturbed by the noises of the restaurant and drinking area at night. We needed to work a few hours in the morning and the building has a coworking area that Aaron offered us immediately. If you rent a car, keep in mind that it is a busy area to park and/or unload luggage. However, Aaron gave us instructions on breakfasts, restaurants, where to park for free or nearby parking (the cheapest is the market). We'll definitely repeat. A real little paradise! The accommodation offers plenty of peace and privacy – perfect for switching off. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view that you can enjoy from morning to night. The location is ideal: quiet, but still well connected. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, attentive and at the same time pleasantly reserved. You feel immediately welcome and in good hands. Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and we didn't miss anything. You can tell that the hosts here are very passionate and know what's important. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings, you have come to the right place. We really enjoyed the time and would come back anytime!

This was a perfect place for us. The views were amazing! A great location with a large shopping center just across the street. Noelia was quick to reply to any messages and made our self check-in really easy. Everything was clearly communicated in her messages and were sent in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to keep coming back. Thank you Miguel and Noelia for being great hosts!

Armando is a superb host. We had very nice contact and he gave me tips to explore the area. The apartment was super well maintained and has everything you need to live. The furnishings left nothing to be desired. If I come back to Tenerife, I will knock at Armando's again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was very central and had everything we needed for a weeks stay the only downfall was the car park, very tight and sometimes the neighbours would park their cars right by the exit of the garage making hard for us to get in and out! But we were warned about this factor. Other than that, we highly recommended !

The apartment is beautiful with breathtaking ocean views: sunset every night. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and well decorated. Upon our arrival, fruits, some food and drinks to start our stay well The Mesa Del Mar area is quite secluded and quiet, the Arena beach is beautiful and a 5-minute walk away. Raquel and Johannes are very responsive and caring, they regularly asked us if everything was going well. I highly recommend

This charming little Airbnb is a true gem, tucked high in the hills in the quietest, most peaceful spot with breathtaking views. Immaculate from top to bottom, it had everything I needed for a relaxing escape. A bottle of red on arrival was such a thoughtful touch, and it was fully stocked with towels (including swimming ones) and plenty of loo roll. The bed was comfy and the bedding smelt divine – small details that really elevated the experience. I was lucky to enjoy peaceful days reading and enjoying the pool in total tranquillity – exactly what I needed after recently losing my wife to cancer. The hosts made it truly special. Eleazar and his dad Fernando are kind. When I had an issue with the air con, Fernando came over straight away, brought food when he realised I hadn’t shopped, and even took me shopping the next day. Eleazar was attentive, responsive, and clearly cares. Staff were kind and kept everything spotless. A soul-nourishing escape. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous few days, the house is spectacular, it has a view with which I would like to wake up every day, decorated with great taste and with all the comforts, as if you were at home. Eva and Santiago were very kind and helpful, both with us, and with our baby. Thank you for everything. I recommend it 100%.

We had a few wonderful days in the fantastic Maresía. The accommodation is really lovingly furnished and offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We especially liked the quiet environment – we were able to sleep well and relax completely. The view is simply beautiful and made our stay even more special. The hosts are incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for the area. Overall, we can highly recommend this apartment to everyone. We would come back anytime! 😊

We chose this house because we liked the idea of being out of the world and in a spectacular place... and so it was!! Absolutely perfect! Wonderful location, small cottage but with everything you need and Belinda exquisite always wrote to us in a short time and helped us with everything. I really recommend staying here

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

This was a wonderful apartment in the heart of Santa Cruz. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance of numerous shops/restaurants/cafes/etc. Additionally, Carmen was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond or provide local recommendations. Would love to stay here again if ever in Santa Cruz again!

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!
