Our house is disinfected every day with a professional Ozone Generator. We have cleaning supplies in our rooms, no viruses or bacteria. Since we have 2 rooms, please do not make a reservation without writing a message. Our place is next to the church and clock tower in the center. It is a 35m2 boutique hotel with a kitchen, bathroom and sea view on 2 separate floors. Prices vary. We have breakfast service in the garden and in the room if you wish. We are open in summer and winter. Our holiday and weekend prices are different. We have discounts for special occasions.

A Dream Island House Bozcaada / Room - 3 (Greek Neighborhood)

Our Greek House, built in the mid-1800s, has been transformed into a Boutique Hotel where we will enjoy staying in a historical atmosphere. It is located in the Greek Quarter, which we can call the most beautiful street of our island. It is within a 1-minute walking distance to the Çınar Altı Square, taverns, restaurants and cafes, and within a 2-minute walking distance to the Arka Sea region. Two free parking lots belonging to the Municipality are within a 3-minute and 5-minute walking distance. Since our hotel is centrally located, you can hear music until 01:00.

Pelazzi Farm/Farm House

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

Vinea, a 10-room island hotel where you can get away from the chaos of life and breathe in nature; calm, peaceful, animal-friendly :) Our "Beylik" room has a large double bed, it can accommodate three people with an extra bed, and it is on the ground floor of our three-story building. All our rooms have their own private bathrooms, air conditioning and minibar. In addition, our garden and sunbeds in the lawn areas, where we also serve breakfast, are for all our guests.
