Holiday rentals with a patio in Termini Imerese

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Ein großartiger Ort, um dem stressigen Alltag zu entgehen. Abseits aber trotzdem nah, liegt das Anwesen in den Bergen. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt und wird gehegt und gepflegt. Danke für die herzliche Aufnahme vorallem an „Giuseppe“ und „Paco“.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und schönes Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Sie ist einfach zu erreichen. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und nachdem wir die Wohnung aufgeschlossen haben waren wir beeindruckt wie schön sie ist. Teresa ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Francesco ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hatte viele tolle Tipps parat – von Restaurants über Unternehmungen bis hin zu einem günstigen Taxi-Sharing-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auch wenn es von unserer Seite ein paar kleine Umstände gab, war Francesco stets verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach großartig: super sauber, besonders Küche und Bad, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – sogar Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Es gibt moderne Geräte, wie eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine, und die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für alles!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

Had a wonderful stay in Leandro’s place! Right in the heart of the city, lots of things to do right in walking distance to anything and everything you need! The space was clean with all the amenities you could think of! Would recommend to anybody staying in Palermo! Thanks again! :)

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Vi var fire personer plus en hund. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 7 dage. Vi kom i bil, hvilket jeg vil sige er optimalt. Vores små lokale restauranter var rigtig hyggelige…men skulle du besøge andre restauranter skal du bruge bil eller taxa. Den lokale strand er små klipper men når man har klaret denne udfordring er vandet yderst behageligt. Der findes rigtig mange dejlige strande indenfor 10, 20, 30 og 40 kilometer. Vores værtinde Laura var yderst behagelig og gjorde alt for at behage os. Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med den smukkeste udsigt oppe fra tagterrassen, hvor vi spiste vores aftensmad. Morgenmaden spiste vi på terrassen i stuen med udsigt ud over haven. Køkkenet var yderst velfungerende og velassorteret.

Mein Freund und ich waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft bei Magali. Wir waren direkt begeistert, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, bietet hohen Komfort, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse hat uns einen wunderschönen Blick über Olivenhaine zum Meer geboten. Vor der Ferienwohnung verläuft auch ein schöner Fahrradweg, in dem wir durch Iydilische Landschaften fahren könnten Richtung Porto Pablo (Wunderschöner Strand). Fahrräder könnten wir bei auch Magali mieten. Es gibt eine Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe mit einem Penny, der reichlich Auswahl hat an verschiedesten Lebensmitteln. Magali ist ein super Gastgeberin, und hat uns bei jeder Angelegenheit weiter helfen können. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, gerne wieder :)

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

Vi hade en toppen vecka. Mysig lägenhet med underbar terrass mot havet och fin gemensam pool. Haft mycket bra kontakt med värden Nicola gav en massa tips och är lyhörd. Lägenhet ligger avskild. Det hörs inga bilar, bara en del boskap som gör platsen harmoniskt. Cefalu finns på 30 minuter promenad avstånd eller 10 minuter med bil. Vi parkerade på den stora parkeringsplats vid havet. Prisvärd och alltid plats när vi var där. Morgondopp och därefter en god kopp kaffe rekommenderas när Cefalu håller på att vakna. Rekommenderas varmt!

It was so wonderful to stay at I Colori Della Sicilia’s place! Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us warmly and left coffee and breakfast treats for us for the next morning. The apartment was adorable, clean, modern, and had everything we needed! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful! Shortly after we arrived, we were headed to a nearby pizzeria for dinner. My husband and I looked somewhat confused about how to get there so Giuseppe invited us to jump in his car as he and his wife were headed home, and gave us a ride. Their heartfelt friendliness made us feel like family! The walk from the pizzeria back to the apartment was a very easy 4 minute walk - and the pizza was so good! The next morning our flight left at 6 am and we had made plans with Giuseppe to provide transportation to the airport. We needed to leave at 3:45 am and we were so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to worry about a ride. Well worth the cost of the ride! 10/10!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Отличное местоположение, очень уютная квартира и прекрасный хозяин. Все достопримечательности рядом и огромное количество хороших ресторанов и баров. Все прекрасно.

Sehr schöne und genial gelegene Wohnung - mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig -, super ausgestattet und mit toller Terrasse plus Balkon. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war sehr einfach, schnell und hilfreich, Sohn Giuseppe hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Sehr netter Gastgeber der uns auch Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants gegeben, in denen er für uns auch reserviert hat. Schöne saubere Wohnung direkt im Zentrum. Auf der Dachterasse hat es nicht gut gerochen von den umliegenden Häusern aber sonst eine Top Wohnung. Ich würde wieder hingehen!

We had the most amazing time in Elisabetta’s flat. It’s both beautiful and HUGE! The roof terrace was the perfect place to eat outdoors. Valentina was super responsive and gave great suggestions of the local area. Highly recommend staying here!

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend
