Holiday rentals with beach access in Terrasini

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Dom jest położony w spokojnej okolicy. Cudowny widok na plażę z tarasu. Piękny czas spędzony z dziećmi na spokojnym wypoczynku. Plaża czysta, często byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi na niej w zasięgu wzroku (pobyt w maju). Nathalie jest bardzo gościnna. Przygotowała dla nas dom oraz wskazówki co do pobytu. W domu były przygotowane zabawki plażowe, co było dużym atutem. Apartament jest duży i spokojnie mieścił 7 osób (5 dorosłych i 2 dzieci). Alcamo Marine jest dobrym miejscem na wypoczynek w Palermo, jeśli szuka się miejsca blisko piaszczystej plaży oraz bazy wypadowej kierunku Trapani czy Palermo. Widok morza codziennie porankiem będziemy wspominać przez lata ☺️

Rosario’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and for enjoying the beach. Loved the huge terrazzo to spend family time! He was a great host offering suggestions and was very friendly and responsive. The amenities offered were wonderful and made our stay feel like home. Definitely would recommend his place for a relaxing holiday as it is away from city central.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

The ordered transfer was punctual and safe. Despite the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant. The equipment of the apartment fully met our expectations, consistent with the description, fully functional. Loredana and Sophie are extremely helpful, very hospitable, they are model hosts. Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Esperienza meravigliosa e padroni di casa splendidi. La villa è situata in una posizione tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile soprattutto grazie alle indicazioni dei proprietari. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ricevere amici e parenti in un ambiente curato, piacevole e dotato di ogni tipo di confort. La villa merita rispetto e cura da parte degli ospiti, ma questo è facile capirlo già dal primo momento di soggiorno perché si percepisce subito quanti sforzi i proprietari mettono nel tererla in ordine ed in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo approfittato tantissimo della piscina che ha dato quel qualcosa in più alla nostra vacanza. Il giardino ed il porticato sono ampi e godibili. Grazie Ilenia e grazie Elio. Torneremo!

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore’s home. We loved the location, it was close to all the major highways, and also very close to the water. Salvatore was easy to get a hold of, and very friendly when we communicated with him. He gave us great local recommendations, he was very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. our entire stay. His home was the perfect place for us while we were in Sicily. It was exceptionally clean, spacious enough for 2 people, and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Thank you Michele and Doriana for sharing your beautiful home in a beautiful location!

Vom Empfang bis zum Checkout wurden wir herzlichst betreut. Die Familie war immer für uns da und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr Kinder- und Familienfreundlich ausgestattet (Spielzeug, Strandutensilien,..). Es wurden sogar alle grundlegenden Küchen- und Bad-Utensilien (Duschgel, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Klopapier, usw.) gestellt und man musste nicht sofort in einen Supermarkt. Der Strand (sehr flach verlaufend, perfekt für Kinder) ist nur 2 Häuserreihen weiter und besuchten wir immer zu Fuß. Auch das Restaurant direkt am Strand war ausgezeichnet. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge im Nordwesten (Scopello, Zingaro, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, usw.). 2km entfernt ist ein super Gemüsebauer mit einer Tierfarm (super Programm mit kleineren Kindern und frisches Gemüse). Dank der Familie haben wir einen außergewöhnlichen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der gesamte Ort und die Familie haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen! Grazie Mille!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Makellose Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und Berge. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Super geräumig mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und schönen Blick. 300 Meter zum schönen Strand. Zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants ca 1,5 km. Nette Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Séjour agréable. Le logement est spacieux avec un accès facile à la plage et commerces. Antonino donne de bons conseils pour trouver de bons restaurants, du bon pain et de bonnes glaces🙂. Mention spéciale pour Antonino qui s’est montré très généreux et accueillant. bravo

L'appartement est tout simplement incroyable, la vue est à couper le souffle et très bien placé, il y a tout le nécessaire pour votre confort, en plus de ça l'hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant, l'appartement est proche des restaurants, plages et activités.

Santo fue muy cálido y amable. Nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y nos recibió enseguida para mostrarnos todo. El alojamiento está en un lugar ideal entre la terminal y el centro. Mejor ubicación imposible. Además tuve la suerte de recibir un muy lindo regalo cultural de la hermosa Palermo. Pude llevarme un libro del alojamiento a casa que me interesaba tanto como la cultura italiana. La casa de Santo es hermosa, todo pulcro y cómodo. Les recomiendo quedarse varios días y viajar en auto a donde quieran. Visitaría mil veces más. ¡Gracias, Santo y familia!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
