It’s walking distance to the prime neighborhood restaurants and stores, the Grove and Fairfax. The house is 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, with a large kitchen and open living room-dining room layout. There's a lovely backyard with patio table and umbrella to eat and work outside, and a 1-car driveway. The neighbors are easy and respectful, and street parking is open and plentiful.
