excellent Airbnb. I was here for a conference and was within walking distance to the venue. there were also many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. easy to enter and check in. highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a small group that is walking distance from Broadway. Place was very clean with everything we needed during our stay. Will definitely be back again!

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Great place to stay!

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

We loved this little place. Spacious, neat as a pin, floor plan was great. Location walkable to Broadway Honkeytonks, restaurants, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was firmly comfortable. The decor was simple and uncluttered.

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb while visiting Nashville to watch our daughter play lacrosse at Vanderbilt. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for comfort and privacy, and the parking situation was incredibly convenient—something that can be hard to come by in the city! But the best part of all was the location. Nestled right in the middle of the Gulch, this spot gave us a totally different and refreshing vibe from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. We loved being able to walk to fantastic restaurants, boutique shops, and coffee spots while still having easy access to the rest of Nashville. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located stay, this is the place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

First time using Airbnb and Tiffany was very helpful. The apartment is quite spacious with all the comforts of home. It’s close to Broadway and lots of major attractions and restaurants. This was a great spot for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration. She felt right at home. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and walk in closets. Fully stocked kitchen if you’d like to cook, which we did. Inexpensive Lyft rides if you want to explore further outside of Sobro. Next time I visit I would definitely stay with this host.

Melissa and Michael’s place was perfect! Lots of room and so charming! The pool and grilling area were amazing! We had fun playing ping pong too. Melissa and Michael were great at communicating! Very responsive and friendly. We loved the restaurants nearby. There were scooters available for us to ride to midtown and downtown. We also took an Uber to East Nashville during our stay. It took 4 minutes for the Uber to arrive. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Nashville! Thank you Melissa and Michael!

We loved staying here! Took me a while to figure out where the garage was, and there was a small learning curve with the Latch App, but we soon got it all squared away and from then on it was simple. Make sure your phone is always charged and bring a portable charger if you’ll be out all day. We were delighted with the unit itself. Loved it even more in person! Everything was clean, comfortable, functional and convenient. The sound machines were so nice to have ready to go in the bedrooms. My kids and I had a blast with the stage set up. The beds were big and spacious. Great views and so many windows! We also loved that it was so convenient to everything. We enjoyed Broadway, we hiked at Radnor, shopped 12 south, got some groceries at Whole Foods…everything was a short drive or walk. Even the airport was so close! We enjoyed the amenities at the complex as well. The owners kept in contact with us throughout the stay and were very kind and helpful. Would go again!

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars
