Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Great place for a couple. Easy walk or uber to broadway. Timothy and cohosts were very responsive.

Great place to stay. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Close to Old Smoky and there is a restaurant across the street. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

We loved this little place. Spacious, neat as a pin, floor plan was great. Location walkable to Broadway Honkeytonks, restaurants, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was firmly comfortable. The decor was simple and uncluttered.

Great place to stay for a trip to Nashville! A short walk to broadway, with lots of things to do around the unit! Pool was also a great to have during the summer heat! The unit itself self is great, everything you’d need for a weekend! Naomi was very communicative and helpful with any and all requests, would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for my friends and I. It is such a good location and just a few block walk to broadway. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The hosts are very responsive and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend and will be booking with them again if I make it back to Nashville.

This place is exactly as pictured. The location made up for some of the challenges we had, which is why I rated this 5 stars. Pros: - location was central to downtown, very walkable - views - quiet, even with construction across the street - comfortable beds Challenges: - lots of instructions, links and codes (some on the day of arrival). Hopefully, this may help others: - You will receive a code to enter the building from the host - Expect to receive a 3rd party text the day of arrival with a code to access the "key cafe" to get the door key fobs - The "key cafe" are black small lockers on the wall of the first floor (not an actual cafe). - If you park in the garage (arrange with host before hand), download the app, click on the link sent by the host - There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived, when there was someone there - they didn't engage with us - In terms of cleanliness, it was clean enough - but not professional level clean (hairs on floors, significant dust)

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

Perfect spot for CMA Fest! We often walked to and from all the events from Broadway to Nissan Stadium. Perfect place to get some work done in the morning over coffee on the balcony, or in the living space with plenty of natural light, and then right in the action for the evening. We would definitely book again. Had everything we needed.

We loved the space! Super cool apartment in a nice part of town. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and had a great trip!!

My husband and I stayed at Carlos and Cheryl’s condo and couldn’t ask for a nicer place. It was cozy and felt like home away from home. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We very much enjoyed being able to relax by the pool during the warm afternoons. Clear instructions provided to making it easy to access the parking garage, building and condo. Full kitchenette and access to washer/dryer was also a nice bonus. Everything was in close distance making for a short Uber/lyft ride to Broadway and other amenities. We highly recommend staying here.

Great location, with a friendly and responsive host!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

This house was such a wonderful place to welcome a varying group of travelers arriving at BNA throughout the day. We gathered, had a great time, and traveled on to East Tennessee as a big group.

Great stay. Location was walking distance to 12 South and Hillsboro Village. House matched photos and was comfortable for a family vacation.

Our team stayed at Taylor’s Nashville home for a work trip, and it was amazing. The location was perfect, and the house itself was clean, stylish, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms felt nearly soundproof, which was ideal since our team had different work schedules. Taylor was an incredible host, she's responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond. She coordinated a mid-stay cleaning and even helped ship out our FedEx boxes after we left. One of the best parts was her driver recommendation, TJ (@rides_with_tj). He was reliable, fun, and made getting around the city effortless. He let us blast music, gave us great local recs, and felt like part of the team. Taylor truly thought of everything, and it made our work trip feel seamless and stress free. Whether you're traveling for work or play, this is the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!
