We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s condo. It is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well.

We had a great stay, everything was exactly as described. East access to downtown, beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for some downtime.

This property was comfortable and complete. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was one of the most pleasant I’ve slept in recently. The location was convenient with decent restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Seth was very responsive to questions, usually answering within minutes. I would definitely book again!

We loved our stay in such a beautiful place, we had everything we needed and uber to downtown was so quick to arrive and just a 20 minute trip.

Highly recommend Drew’s place for a large group party. When planning I prioritized location so we could walk to most places and comfort so that nobody had to share a bed and were able to do both!

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great say. The place was nice & clean. I had some questions and the host answered back right away. Real close to all the downtown action - but the house overlooked a park with a great view of the skyline. Had a blast and we definitely recommend this place to others.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I can't recommend it enough! The home looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious, truly offering all the comforts of home. David, the host, genuinely cares about his guests' comfort and enjoyment—he checked in on us periodically, but never intruded on our privacy. His attention to detail made our vacation enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you! Thank you, David, for a fantastic stay!

We had an excellent stay and the hosts were extremely responsive and quick to respond (although we did not have any issues). Everything was as described if not more. We were there for 6 nights (dad and daughter for a ballet camp). Hosts had every single detail accounted for (i.e. Kitchen had everything and we did not need to bring small amenities). Appreciate the hosts regard for thinking of small things that are helpful. House looks like a pretty recent renovation so everything was new and clean. Area was pretty quiet so no issues there and close to get to highways and other main attractions. Extremely easy to check-in and check-out and less of a procedure compared to other AirBNBs. Utilities such as A/C, WIFI etc worked without any issues and I was able to work from AirBNB without problems and the place is fairly large so that you don't feel cramped working from home daily. Would definitely stay here again if we come back next year.

My friends and I spent a long weekend at Julian's place as part of our first visit to Nashville and everything was amazing! The townhouse was new and conveniently located pretty close to Germantown and a short uber away to the Broadway. The place was spacious, clean and equipped with all essentials needed. Julian is really responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay at Julian's place again!

Megan is a wonderful host. Gracious and thoughtful. The home was pristine and had everything stocked. We loved the cute greeting, variety of teas, and the bed is so comfortable. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and I’ve never slept in a more cozy bed. Well done, Megan. This is the ideal spot! Walkable and/or very short drive to amazing restaurants (try velvet taco!).

Anthony is a great host, providing updates before our stay and recommendations for places to visit while staying in Nashville. The home is beautiful inside and out and the accommodations were perfect. Anthony and his wife have thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience while staying in their rental. And a personal touch with a bottle of wine, makings for smores to enjoy around the backyard firepit and fresh flowers. We will be renting again for our next vacation to Nashville.
