A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

The 81 m² apartment includes a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, covered balcony, shower with underfloor heating and separate toilet. Oak parquet and mineral colors create a healthy indoor climate. With a Wi-Fi workstation, it is ideal for business trips or extended stays, for which special conditions apply.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
