The stay with Thomas was very pleasant. He responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. He also gave us good recommendations for the nearby and also distant surroundings. The room was very cozy and we slept very well. The rooms we could use were all very clean and pleasant, the price very affordable.

I can only recommend Katja's offer here. She welcomed me very warmly. The room was clean and exactly as described. The same for the bathroom. Thanks to my own key, I could come and go at any time. Even for my racing bike, extra space was made quickly so that I did not have to drag it through the house. I was at the triathlon on site and I can, no, I have to recommend the accommodation just for this purpose. Check-in and swimming start were within a 5-minute walk of the Kronthaler Weiher and the Erdinger city center was also within 15 minutes Everything is perfect... 1000000% recommendation.

Very nice welcome and very easy to access! This accommodation is on a Bavarian farm. As far as I'm concerned , I stayed in the room for one person and had access to the kitchen and toilet in common. I was alone in the property when I was there. The place is very quiet and we are close to the village of Erding which is really worth a visit! very comfortable bed.

We originally planned on visiting Munich, but we were too tired from the rest of our trip and decided to take a day to relax. Mariann's place was perfect for that. It was one of the few places I have been in that was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Mariann communicated with us during our stay and went above and beyond to host us, while also giving us space if we needed it. She was attentive to our needs and provided us with many ammeneties to make us comfortable, as well as recommending local spots. The town itself was very quiet during our stay, and Mariann's home is in the middle of town, so you can quickly go out and about. My sister and I enjoyed walking around and taking our time to actually relax, which we would not have been able to do in Munich. If you do plan to visit Munich during your stay, the home is between the city and the airport, but I also encourage visitors to walk around Freising as well, as it is a beautiful town with many great restaurants and shops
