Holiday rentals with a patio in Thrissur

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Excellent location. You can see Lulu Mall and walk to Lulu in 3 minutes, and the Metro station is 2 minutes away. Clean and quiet place, and an easy self-check-in. No troubles from security or the caretaker. Excellent designated car parking. Saravanabhavan is in the adjoining building with excellent veg food. The place is worth for money.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was well-maintained, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay throughout. I’ve stayed in many places during my travels, but this one truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay, and I’ll be happy to return in the future!

Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

I stayed in this place for 3 nights. I had to stay somewhere around Pachalam area in Kochi and this was ideally located. Since I am really familiar with the locality, didn't have to take much information from the host. Still, the host was really proactive in reaching out to me . The unit was maintained well. The electrical equipment like a/c, fridge, geyser etc. was functional. ( Didn't try kitchen and washing machine ). In short if you are looking for a good one bedroom accommodation around Pachalam/Ayyapankavu area , this is an ideal place

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautifull 3bhk appartment to spend our new years eve. Me and my friends were delighted to have spend our time amidst the spectaculs views the place had to offer. Neat and aesthetic interiors with picturesque exterior views of the beach and the lake at either sides. The host binda as well as the staff were very much supportive. Looking forward to coming back here in the future.

Thanks Jainy and family for having us over at their grand palatial ancestral home. This place was awesome, it’s an old ancestral home thoughtfully redesigned with all modern elements. Everything is done with much attention to detail and also with an eye for great aesthetics. It’s a very spacious, clean, super functional, feel at home cozy place with very warm and welcoming caretakers and owner. Everyone was very appreciative of various elements of this spacious home carefully designed. Kids also enjoyed the place very much, with large outdoor spaces. We look forward to staying at this place, if we visit Marady again.

We had a great experience at Beena's Airbnb in Ernakulam. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy house. Beena was a wonderful, understanding and friendly host. She helped us with all our enquires and made sure our stay was comfortable. We felt as if we are staying in our own home while in this Airbnb. Had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were so responsive and always ready to help. We loved the place and all amenities were available as listed. It was very well maintained and was a beautiful space for us to spend time in. The only thing is that the swimming pool doesn’t have any ladder, so it makes it a bit difficult to get out. Also the AC in all rooms weren’t as strong but it was manageable. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Thrissur.

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

Great Stay at Binoy’s Peaceful Homestay! I had a lovely stay at Binoy’s homestay—it’s set in a quiet, serene location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is well-maintained, and Binoy is a warm and welcoming host. Highlights: Ideal for those seeking peace. Comfortable beds and good ventilation. Binoy makes you feel at home. One Improvement Needed: ❌ No hot water in all bathrooms – This was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend Binoy’s homestay to travelers who value quiet surroundings and genuine hospitality. If hot water is added in all the bathroom in the future, it would be perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We stayed as a family of 7 and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Although an extra bed wasn’t readily available, they kindly arranged one for us. The stay was even better than we expected. Overall, 5/5 – highly recommend to everyone!

Had a wonderful stay in the heart of Thrissur. The host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and even allowed a late checkout. The room was clean, peaceful, and well-prepared. Great panoramic street view from the glass window. Despite being next to the road, the room was airtight and quiet, ensuring restful sleep. Location is perfect with autorickshaws outside and top restaurants nearby. However, the entry staircase had a strong pan smell, which was unpleasant. A nearby yard had discarded alcohol and plastic bottles, affecting the overall vibe. Also, the wash basin area is a bit open, raising privacy concerns. Overall, a clean, cozy stay with a fantastic host and prime location. With small improvements to the entrance and shared areas, it would be close to perfect!

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
