New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Charming cottage about twenty minutes from Futuroscope. Cindy was very welcoming and flexible to accommodate our schedules. The cottage is perfectly in line with the listing and photos. It is clean and functional, and the essentials are provided. It is ideal for two people. Located in a quiet area, but about 30 minutes from Poitiers. Thanks to Cindy for hosting us. We would recommend this listing!

The gîte des amis is aptly named. Isabelle and Philippe were very welcoming and attentive to us. They offered us tours that the children loved. The environment is quiet. The house is very well equipped and nicely decorated. The staircase is safe for small children. Access to the garden with children's games was a real plus for our 2 children who are a little invasive ^^. Recommended without a second thought. We'll be back with pleasure:)

We stayed as a group of 6 and had a fantastic time! Cedric was very friendly and helpful throughout, especially when welcoming us in at the start of our stay and showing us around, in very good English. There was loads of space in the charming house for us, we loved the homey feel and the gorgeous surroundings, especially the river view, which was even better from the included kayaks! We enjoyed the pool every day, and barbequeued and ate out on the lovely terrace every evening. The bikes were great for getting into Chatellerault for the extra people who couldn't fit in the car, much recommended over walking it! We really felt we benefitted from the house having been lived in before, all the little details were well thought through, particularly in the kitchen everything was very well catered for and nicely laid out.
