Unser Apartment ist aus dem Jahr 2022 und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Dein Auto kannst du sicher und kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken. Die Wohnung entspricht dem neuestem Standard: 2 Zimmer: Küche, Bad auf 54 qm, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch 1,40 m WLAN Das KfW 55 Gebäude besitzt eine Lüftungsanlage. Die Anlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten und erzeugt ein minimales Geräusch.

Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Wohnung liegt direkt im Dreiländer-Eck Bayreuth, Kulmbach und Bamberg. 20 Minuten per Auto nach Bayreuth, sehr gute Autobahnanbindung. Monteure sind bei uns herzlich willkommen! Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Boxspring-Matratzen im Kingsize Bett, Balkon mit Südausrichtung und Smart-TV, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden.

Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar.
