Newly renovated, bright and rural apartment. 3 minutes' walk to the forest, hiking trails on the doorstep. Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in the king-size bed, south-facing balcony and smart TV.
