Our lovingly prepared 80 m² apartment along the Brewery Trail is a place to slow down, breathe, and feel at home after a day outdoors. Whether meeting friends or traveling for work, we look forward to hosting you.

Sleep and dream. Overnight stay with garden view. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, the lovingly designed apartment can accommodate 2 people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It extends over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

Welcome to our tasteful apartment, which is located in the middle of the Bayreuth pedestrian zone and yet offers a quiet oasis of relaxation. This tastefully furnished home was recently (2024) completely renovated and now shines in new splendor. Numerous shops, restaurants and cultural offerings can be explored on foot. Whether for a short city trip or a longer stay, you will feel completely comfortable here.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.
