The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Private guest annex with bath and toilet. Exit to private fenced garden/patio, equipped with gas grill. There is a small fridge, electric kettle, toaster, electric radiator. Wifi, BT speaker and TV w chromecast. There's not an outright kitchen - for info for longer stays. Access to shared beach area - 430 m to the water's edge (key used). Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the lovely South Funen archipelago.

The house contains just what you need for a cozy and relaxing holiday. Everything is ready, beds made with freshly laundered fresh linens, clean towels. Various games and books are available on loan in the living room and under the sofa's chaise longue, which is lifted at the end of the “mattress”. The house has an attached annex, with bedroom no. 2.
