Border, and Rosarito beach are all 15-20 minutes away. Has back up water supply and also has back up generator, we just added a kitten to the house , she has access to common areas but not the rooms

VERY OLD MOBILE HOME w/old maintenance problems. Non shedding PETS ARE WELCOME! Due to the gardens, there might be some insects (we fumigate frequently)
