It is located in midtown Rosarito & within walking distance of the pier, numerous spas, and to all the popular bars & restaurants. It has a wonderful private deck (on the sand) that you can use to relax or to enjoy family/friends.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a 5-minute drive from Papas & Beer and a 5-minute walk from the beach. There's private parking for a medium-sized car (up to a Range Rover Sport fits). We have a safe place next to the house for pickups. The house is brand new! We have an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach

There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.
