We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Thanks to the quick and friendly host, I was able to check in and out without any inconvenience, and they kindly resolved the small requests that arose while I was in Livorno! The air conditioner was cool and the bed was comfortable, so it was perfect for resting after the schedule. It was a property that lacked nothing from check-in to checkout. Thank you!

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

a convenient place for a business trip

Stefania and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They welcomed us personally an described their place extremely well. Upon arrival they shared an online booklet which described the house and all things to do very well. The place is peaceful and nice. Terriciola is also a good hub to explore key things in Tuscany. You easily get to Firenze, San Gimignano and Pisa. When there, don’t forget to visit the wineries around. Stefania and Maurizio will happily share their tips for getting around. Great apartment, very spacious with a great terrace and everything one needs. Everything worked and really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the decore was very nice. Luca was very attentive and caring via message.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

Alessandro was very kind, our train was delayed and there was no problem with the check in, he received us personally and gave us all the instructions about the place. The place is very nice and organized and has all the amenities and services of the ad, it is located in a nice neighborhood to visit. It's a very good place to stay. Recommended.

A very special apartment with historical flair and decor. You live there with devotion, but the apartment is also equipped to cook and have fun both outside and inside. Pleasant terrace and a cozy square on the other side. Very nice bar/cafe for morning coffee or a drink, and the world's best ice cream at the gelateria. Here, the locals gathered in the evening to enjoy an ice cream. Pleasant and welcoming host. We had a great time!

Good value for money, apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. Everything was present. Host responds quickly. We only found the neighborhood a little less but it was very quiet and within 10 minutes walk you are in the center. Instructions to enter for both apartment and parking are very clear.

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

Super nice apartment. Everything you need. We were warmly welcomed. There were welcome drinks, snacks to eat such as noodles, basil, tomatoes, cornflakes for the children, spices, coffee, etc. We lacked nothing, there was even a hand vacuum cleaner. The location was great, there was a possibility to park the car for free on the street. We have rarely been in such a well-equipped apartment.
