In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. The somewhat "different" apartment for adults on our estate from 1680 offers many possibilities not only when passing through or for a weekend excursion, but even in bad weather the small "extras" in the apartment can be used. Located in the middle of the Sittenbach valley, the Obermühle has a fish farm, farm shop, beer garden, restaurant and event location. It is always open Fri-Sun. You can also book breakfast on Saturday/Sunday.
