The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious and the common room was brilliant. What would need an update are the outdoor seating. 😅

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

We have rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The property is exceptional with the cozy wood, high ceiling and large glass front. Everything was tip top clean, well maintained and with great details (water bubbly from the line). The large garden was totally beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

A lovely cottage with a large terrace and a nice garden. There is everything you need. The nearby canal invites you to take wonderful walks in nature. We explored the Schwarzachklamm, the Sophienquelle and the Happurger reservoir. We and our dog enjoyed it very much. Exactly the recovery and deceleration we were looking for. We came to Bayreuth for two nights because of the festival and a very clean and tastefully furnished apartment was handed over to us, which corresponded to the expectations through the photos. On the beautiful balcony you can have a good breakfast and the area is very quiet, so we could sleep in the summer with the window open. By bus (we were not there by car) you can get to the city in just under twenty minutes. Otherwise, there are parking spaces directly there that can be used. The contact with Bogdan was very friendly and he responded quickly to us with questions/concerns. All in all we highly recommend the stay.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

My dog and I were allowed to spend 2.5 wonderful weeks in Marianne's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing hiking vacation - the location is perfect as a starting point. In wonderful tranquility, we were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony and then explore the Fichtel Mountains. Particularly noteworthy, however, is Marianne herself - a very warm host who surprised us every Sunday with a delicious piece of cake. Thank you so much - we had a great time. From the heart all the best and stay healthy and as happy as I was able to get to know you for a long time.

A fantastically equipped, well thought-out and very clean apartment. Even the light switches are labeled, so you know right away which one is for what. Beautifully situated in the countryside, many tips and recommendations are available on the kitchen counter. Great communication with the hostess. :) We will not be the last time we visit.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. Hello was so responsive whenever we need to figure out getting there, checking in. he was very friendly when we arrived. gave us recommendations on what was local. very easy to talk to. The place to stay was really cute and simple! My husband and I stayed for a weekend. And everything was set up nicely. The bathroom was nice the hot water was good in the shower. All the cooking utensils were readily available anything that you would need. They had a heater when it was cold. They have a little speaker for you to play music with which was nice! They had the top bunk and a bottom bunk which was super cute and cozy feeling in a corner. however if you're a taller person you might not fit that well but it's still a very fun experience :-) They let us have our space. It's very peaceful and quiet where it's located makes for a good night's sleep :-) would definitely recommend it if you want to just have a nice little getaway for a weekend❤️

We stayed with a toddler for 1 night in the accommodation. Everything worked out great. Great apartment with stylish furnishings. Should we be in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! Apartment is equipped with everthing that can be needed during the stay. We were welcomed with small treats, fresh fruits and snack for kids. We loved the place and the owners and will definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay.
