Fantastically beautifully decorated old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to occupy yourself (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, etc.). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Six of you could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know, but it is also possible to check in flexibly via a key safe. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

Everything you need. Super large plot, beautiful house, ideal for people with dogs.

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! Tina and Oliver are incredibly warm and helpful - you can immediately tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. The apartment was absolutely perfect: clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need from A to Z. We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

A very pleasant accommodation of Heidi and Bert. Nice and spacious, with a lot of garden to go with it. The area is also beautiful, with nice towns nearby. Absolutely recommended as far as I'm concerned!

A beautiful apartment. Lovingly furnished with incredible amenities when it comes to self-catering. Completely modernized. You felt at home even before unpacking.

We stayed with Yvonne for 1.5 cozy days and it was very relaxed. A very open and warm atmosphere on the farm, we were invited to a wonderful fire in a dreamlike circle on the 1st evening. The next day we explored the beautiful countryside a little and made a detour to Bayreuth. The proximity to the animals on Ivonne's farm is touching.. they are very used to people. The foam wagon is very cozy and cozy, even at the current temperatures no problem due to the heating option. Ivonne is always approachable, very friendly and tries to find a good solution for every problem. We'll be back. Thank you so much !

We had a great week at the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the great connection to public transport, the quiet location in beautiful nature, the varied hiking and biking trails, the nice people of the community and the surprisingly good shopping both in advance and in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at the Büchlhof for a week and the vacation totally met our expectations. Quiet, somewhat secluded yard with a beautiful setting. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked every night. For people who like to watch archery (great courses nearby) or like to watch birds, the Büchlhof is ideal. We have seen, among other things, silver herd, sheep's cheeses, dives, and ospreys.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. We highly recommend the place. Have been in many other accommodations, but here the inventory was very tasteful and everything very new and very clean, the beds very good. We will be happy to come back. It was very loving in detail, such as dog bowl, toys for the children, detergent,…

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. There are many seating options available where you can end the evening. Rene was very nice and always easy to reach. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is spacious, bright and very well maintained – a place where you would like to stay longer. Even though we were only there for a short time, we noticed how much peace and relaxation this place offers. The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for switching off. We would like to especially highlight the hosts - warm and very helpful. Check-in as well as communication was hassle-free. A clear recommendation, we'd come back anytime!

Those who love peace and nature will immediately feel at home in this accommodation. Situated in a secluded location with a view over the field, nicely decorated and practically equipped both inside and outside. There are chairs and loungers for the lawn and a spacious shower. We recommend the Blabmühle farm shop near Diepoldsried and the Steiner Wirt in the neighboring village. It is better to bring travel bags than suitcases, there is storage space for clothes, but little for suitcases.
