The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

15 minutes by bus to the Christmas market (Striezelmarkt) in Dresden. 40 minutes to the ski slopes in the Ore Mountains (Altenberg). Wellness Facilities: Enjoy a first-class wellness weekend at my house with a sauna, a year-round heated whirlpool (up to 42°C), and a pool (cold plunge). Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

Weekend house with 80m2 of living space, fireplace, floor heating and large garden ideal for relaxing, children's games or barbecue. Tisá village is a beautiful tourist resort in Krusnohora known especially for its unique sandstone rocks. The house can serve as an ideal base for climbing, hiking or biking. The expansive meadow is a popular spot for kites travelers in the fall and winter, whether it's with a triple or skis. In the summer it's possible to swim in the nearby pond.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

To Rauenstein FW 2 (attic floor)

Auf unserem ca. 2000m großem Grundstück befinden sich 2 FW en. Die Dachflächen sind von innen und außen gut gedämmt. Die FW ist gemütlich und ruhig. Alle Räume haben Fenster. Für die FW steht ein PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Für evtl. mehrere PKW bzw. Transporter befinden sich Parkplätze in der Nähe. In ca.500m sind S-Bahnstation und Fähranleger, sowie das Freibad. Es bestehen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
