Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

Apartman je kompletno opremljen : klima, frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, max tv, Netflix, HBO, wifi itd...U samoj blizini od 100 metara nalazi se plaža Dražica koja je ujedno i najljepša plaža Biograda, te je dobila plavu zastavu za najljepše plaže Jadrana. Oko nas su također i brojne trgovine, kafići, restorani, banke i sve ostalo.

Provedite odmor u robinzonskoj kućici Mare i doživite nestvarne trenutke okruženi netaknutom prirodom i kristalno čistim morem. Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od parkinga u kampu Kosirina).Ljetovanje podrazumjeva samoću, miris prirode, predivan pogled, nema gužve, buke ni prometa.
