In addition to its ideal location overlooking the climatic health resort of Todtmoos and the pilgrimage church, Schwarzwaldhaus Schönbühl offers a unique feel-good atmosphere. Originally built as a sanatorium, it was run as a guesthouse for decades. For almost 100 years, people have felt comfortable here, spent their holidays here and recovered. From the sunny southern slope of the Todtmoos valley, it is a few steps to the town center with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

Schweigmatt is a recreational area for nature lovers in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Our beautiful forest house stands above the sea of clouds of the Rhine Valley. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30 min to Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Schweigmatt swimming pool only for club members.

We welcome you to our lovingly furnished apartment. The 36 m² can accommodate up to 3 people. An extra bedroom with a large bed offers plenty of privacy. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and TV to feel comfortable. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the house, which is currently closed for renovation. You can park your vehicle directly at the house free of charge.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Our apartment "Salesia" is centrally located to the center of Todtmoos. The spa gardens, playground, mini golf and the pedestrian zone of Todtmoos are within walking distance. The vacation rental is located in a house with a total of 3 residential units and is on the first floor. From the living room you have direct access to the garden. Ideal starting point for hiking, skiing or sledding, Badeparadies Schwarzwald 40 minutes by car.

Historic Black Forest House

Welcome to our idyllic house on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the tranquility and use our barbecue area for relaxing evenings outdoors. Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. In winter, numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are only 15 minutes away. After an active day, you can unwind and recharge in our in-house sauna. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 5 cars and free Wi-Fi.

Time out in the middle of the Rothauser Land!

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Lieblings-Rückzugsort :-) "Unser Alpenblick" in Todtmoos ist ein kleines Juwel für uns - ob mit Kindern oder alleine, im Frühling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter, immer haben wir hier eine wunderbare, entspannte Zeit. Das wollen wir teilen und wünschen uns, dass es unseren Gästen genauso geht. ... im Moment freuen wir uns auf sonnige Frühlungstage und das frische Grün zwischen den dunklen Tannen!

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
