Due to the complete core renovation in 2022, the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the living area (+ new sofa bed). Next to it is the large bedroom, in which there is a double bed + single bed. The hallway leads to the large kitchen area, the single room, as well as the large modern bathroom. Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. Favorite retreat:-) "Our Alpine view" in Todtmoos is a little gem for us - whether with children or alone, in spring, summer, autumn or winter, we always have a wonderful, relaxing time here. We want to share this and want our guests to do the same. ... at the moment we are looking forward to sunny spring days and the fresh green between the dark fir trees!
