A wonderful stay for both kids and adults! I visited with my 4-year-old, who absolutely loved every moment of it. Dirk and Maike run a childcare program during the week, and it’s clear they’ve created a true paradise for children on their property. The large grounds include chickens, playrooms, countless toys, and everything a child could wish for. The home is bright and cozy. Dirk and Maike are incredibly kind, open-minded, and thoughtful hosts. Their warm, welcoming nature made our stay even more special. I’ll definitely be returning with my son the next time we’re in Krefeld. Thank you so much, Maike & Dirk! :)

She even got a high chair for our child. The house was very clean. If we travel to the NRW area in the future, I would not want to stay anywhere else but in this house. We spent two and a half months in the apartment as we had to move out of our own home due to water damage. Anikka and Bernd were consistently warm, helpful and always responsive – just the best you could ask for! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

Stayed for the weekend, a nice quiet neighbourhood with stores at walking distance. Düsseldorf was easy to reach by car. the place was nicely decorated with plenty of cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Price-performance absolutely consistent! Great, clean apartment, flexible check-in, beautiful balcony, well-equipped kitchen and the apartment is centrally located. We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our place. Communication with the hostess was also perfect, quick responses. We had a very nice time and felt very comfortable.

Unfortunately, I myself could not travel, but my friends were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was clean, well located and everything worked smoothly. During the 8-day family visit, my wife and I caught the flu and spent almost 5 days in Yvonne's beautiful apartment. Fully equipped, very cozy and close to everything important, it helped us a lot to heal. The apartment did not make us feel homesick, or lack anything. We thank you for the stay, we can't wait to return :-)

The Airbnb was very clean, well equipped and you can get to Düsseldorf very quickly.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.
