Holiday rentals with a patio in Topanga Canyon

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Great location. Had everything you need. Easy access, quick drive to a lot of good food in the marina and on Lincoln. My only slight complaint was the pool was smaller than expected and the floors felt very sticky.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Lovely Spanish casita nestled on a quiet dead end road in West Hollywood/Laurel Canyon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable space for our party of five, children & adults mixed. Serene and functional outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Parking our SUV in driveway was challenging but possible.

This home is really amazing. Nestled near the top of topanga canyon makes its super quiet and peaceful. But only a short car ride to local shops and community. The house is really amazing with lots of great design features and a nice pool out back. The added bonus of a slip stream trailer as a 3rd bedroom was awesome too. We had an amazing time there and would love to go back some time. It felt like a real slice of luxury California living, 5 stars all round!

What an incredible location. Waking up every morning to being surrounded by the beautiful Topanga vistas, trees, flowers, and gorgeous peacocks, was an experience I won’t soon forget and already miss. The Air BnB was cozy, clean, and setup for maximum comfort. Given the tucked away nature of the Air BnB, John was incredibly communicative and proactively sent me photos and videos detailing exactly how to locate the BnB. An absolute gem of a stay if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in nature while being a short and beautiful 15 minute drive into town. Thank you so much John, I certainly look forward to returning to your lovely home!

Great home and location, but the very best thing about this property was Carlos! His attention to detail and his drive to make sure everything was exactly how it should be were a fantastic comfort during my entire stay.

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Dave’s apartment was everything we were looking for to make our family trip memorable! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. He was so kind and communicative, made us feel very welcome. Location was a bonus, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all things Westwood. Thank you for a great experience, will be back soon!
