Tina was a wonderful host, who made it very clear and easy to check in and check out. All the amenities were available and the place was spick and span. We would definitely come back again soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment just outside Torquay town centre. The building is brand new with stunning decor throughout—stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean. It really felt like a home away from home. Sophia, the host, was unbelievably friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication was excellent throughout. There’s a small local beach cove about an 8-minute walk away. Just be aware that the walk includes a steep hill and stairs, so it might be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It also had a bit of an eerie, abandoned feel in the evenings—but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The apartment itself and Sophia’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Very impressive, absolutely immaculate and the little added touches with milk, cake and doggy basket were a bonus. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. First time to stay here but will certainly return. First holiday for our little cavalier puppy and he was made very welcome with lots of fuss. Would highly recommend a visit here 😊😊

We really loved our stay at MUNTHAM with Adam & Grant as our hosts. Grant met us when we arrived and very kindly helped us with our luggage For Ian and myself (Fran) we both had a WOW moment as the apartment although on the smaller side was so tastefully renovated … cosy and welcoming ! We had only four nights in Torquay but both Grant &Adam are very knowledgeable of the area so we had lots of places, hotels and restaurants to choose from. The weather wasn’t on our side but with our host’s recommendations we visited Dartmouth and Dartmoor for great days out. We didn’t have any noise while we were staying in the apartment and the bed was especially comfortable. They had some lovely treats for our arrival we really appreciated. The guys were very good communicators and we would highly recommend their apartments if you are heading to Devon. Thank you very much.

Stayed at the apartment as we were there for the air show. Lovely place, very modern and clean. Location was perfect for the beach. Tina was a brilliant host, very prompt when replying. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

We were all extremely happy with the house. Location is lovely and private. Rooms well presented. House was very spacious, perfect for larger groups, we had 9 people and was plenty of room. Lovely garden and roof terrace not overlooked. Felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space for parking on the drive, behind locked gates which was a plus for us! Taxis cheap down to the sea front. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This is probably the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. We honestly thought we had arrived at the wrong house, simply because it was so beautiful. The thoughtful touches all around and the incredible spaces all around the house had us giddy for days. We left the house only when necessary simply because we had everything we needed! The kids had a blast and the adults relaxed in luxury. The Prestige representative (Lucy) was very helpful and always responded. We are sold. This kind of place is where we must vacation every time.

We had a lovely long weekend away in Brixham. As a family 2 adults, 1 child and an infant this property was perfect. The properties spotless, easy to find, well equipped and not too far away from the town centre. Ideal location to explore the area with Kingswear, Paignton and Torquay within driving distance. We had such a good time we will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay at Michael and Katie’s place! Very private and peaceful, with everything we could have needed. The rooms were very spacious, clean and super comfy - we all slept well every night! The local recommendations were great, and extra little touches made us feel very welcome. We found the walk into town nice and relaxing, the way back was up steep hills but we didn’t mind it - for others staying there are 2 routes: Braddons Hill Road East is less steep. Check out the house manual and guest book for lots of ideas and recommendations of what to do in the area.

Modern,clean,pristine inside . Outside fabulous furniture and spa. Kitchen had so much in the way of equipment,even fir my very chefy sons. Bedrooms spacious and plenty of storage. Bathrooms great. Had a good stay.

We have just arrived home from a lovely week at Robert’s house. It is exactly as described, the decor is original 60’s /70’s so not to everyone’s taste. However everywhere was clean and the beds were super comfy. The view from the sun room at the back of the house is absolutely stunning. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood not far from Torquay, so perfect location for exploring Devon (if you can drag yourself away from the sun room or pool area). Robert was friendly and helpful and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommended ⭐️

Property as described, beautifully decorated and presented. Plenty of room for ten people and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Lovely outdoor space. Tina was very informative, responsive and helpful. Great stay !

An absolutely pristine, well-presented and delightful 'cottage' perfectly situated high above Brixham harbour with a breathtaking view from the main bedroom on the top floor. Everything is immaculate with a great welcome pack to make your first cup of tea...and destroy a packet of biscuits! Magnificent accommodation over three floors with garage parking included on the road behind the house. When you see the narrow lane at the front of the house, you'll be incredibly grateful for the garage, even if it is 48 steps up the back garden...No criticism of the house - it is STUNNING, but it is not suitable if you have any mobility issues. The owners have renovated this cottage to a ridculously high standard and there is nothing that you could ask for that hasn't already been provided. We stayed here to attend a family wedding in a dreary January and even the whether and time of year could not put a damper on this fabulous place to stay. We loved it and would be very happy to stay again. TOP!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Booked for 2 nights and had to leave early for a work emergency, had the most lovely stay and David greeted me and made me feel very welcome, felt so at home and absolutely loved the Thailand themed home! What a treat to be so close to the sea, very peaceful nights sleep, close to coast path for walks, fantastic location

This was honestly such a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very welcoming (my husband especially loved the fudge welcome gift!) Anchors away is close enough for a walk to the beach and yet also easy to access places all along the English Riviera by car or public transport. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, so well equipped and totally peaceful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a break in that part of the world, it exceeded all expectations.

Claire was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had to extend our stay at short notice, owing to family circumstances, which was most appreciated. The flat had everything we needed and was comfortable, immaculate and well equipped, in a peaceful location with an amazing view over Totnes. The town centre is within walking distance and there is lots to do locally. We would happily return!

Great place right at the heart of Paignton, walking distance from everything you may need. Spotless newly refurbished apartment, that despite relatively small footprint is very functional and has everything you may need. Views are hard to beat. Tina was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. Already booked for next year!

Having just returned from a four night stay at The Old Rydon Inn with my family, superb accommodation, lovely decorated rooms with very comfy beds, along with a lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Charlie (Amy’s husband) was very accommodating and gave us some great suggestions for days out. We planned on eating at the pub one night however we ended up eating there three nights plus a roast dinner on the day of us leaving, the food is exceptional taste and quality, and I would like to also mention the staff in the pub are excellent.

Tina is an excellent host who was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would recommend for a large family, close to town and right on the sea front! Thank you Tina!

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.
