Excellent studio flat, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Close to town centre and lovely surrounding countryside. Paul was a very welcoming and helpful host.

What an amazing stay, Dominic was really helpful and patient with all my pre arrival questions and during our stay. Response time was really good. Dominics place was really clean and clear of clutter exactly what we needed for our trip. We spent the weekend kayaking, visiting lots of beaches and the Paignton airshow. so central for attractions. Needed a large space to come back to at the end of the day and unload beach gear before setting off again, the living area was perfect. Really recommend Dominics place

Lovely little base for trips to the beach and local walks. The airbnb was spotless and very comfortable - a great use of space, with all essentials provided! We particularly appreciated the little box of cookies and tea/coffee on arrival which was a lovely touch. It's a very convenient location, and it was incredibly helpful to have parking since the seafront isn't the easiest place to find a space! Josh (the host) was really friendly and welcoming, and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful - with a beautiful sea view that made it very special. Modern, clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We stayed as four women friends and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t know each other well or are physically large, the space is relatively small with only the one bathroom - which is clear from the listing - but worth bearing in mind.

We had a lovely 5 days at The sail Loft. Was lovely and modern with sea views. The doors out to the balcony are great. It was clean and was easy to find/ get in. It is close to the centre and would recommend going to the Olive or Rockfish for dinner. It is in a good location for driving to other places. We visited Dartmouth, Salcombe, Dartmoor National park, Berry head (very close) and other places. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Although we didn’t see much of them due to self check-in due to arriving late which was accommodated for, when we did pass them they were friendly! They also went above and beyond to help us get to our reservation on time after no taxis were available, Rose gave us a lift which was much appreciated! A lovely little place to stay if you want a weekend away and privacy. Perfect location and close but not too close to the town! Everything you could need was available from crockery to towels. We can’t wait to visit again.

Dawn was really lovely and was always on hand to offer recommendations and advice. Her place was very welcoming and homely with everything you'll need. It's within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and train station, which is ideal if you don't want to drive. I'd definitely recommend staying at Dawn's place and will be booking to stay there again next year.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, high quality facilities and very comfortable. Amazing views from the well kept garden area. Loved the sound of the seagulls and the soft chimes from the clocktower on All Saints Church. No traffic noice and very peaceful. Short walk to town with many pubs, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Parked our car and went everywhere on foot, local buses and ferries. Communication with the friendly host was perfect with clear instructions for arrival along with details on use of the property facilities. Additional information on local points of interest, restaurants etc very much appreciated. Lovely small refreshment welcoming pack on arrival also very much appreciated. If I ran an Airbnb I would copy exactly what Emily provided, absolutely faultless.

We absolutely loved this stay - only a small walk to Torquay restaurants and cafes while being very quiet on the hill above them. Emily was so kind and responsive. We had a little trouble with the lock (our own fault) but Emily resolved it for us very quickly.

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately we missed out on meeting our hosts due to travel delays. Wonderful quirky apartment, very clean & inviting. Fantastic location for the seafront, arcades & eateries. Slept like a baby! Very comfortable mattress in what I called ‘the pink room’ 😄 Would definitely recommend Anne-Marie’s apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the delightful Villa Capri. Easy to unload the car, lovely garden and terrace, very close to Meadfoot beach and Daddyhole Plain, the view from the bedroom is simply stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and so great to have the option to cook and enjoy supper looking at the ocean! Jacqui is a gracious host, we will be back as soon as we can.

Our stay at Pauline’s stunning apartment in Salcombe was unforgettable. The interior design is beautiful, with top-of-the-line appliances and every comfort thoughtfully provided. We arrived to find homemade cakes, breakfast essentials, and fresh drinks in the fridge—a lovely welcome. The balcony offers incredible views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pauline was a fantastic host, giving us great recommendations for food and paddle boarding. We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return this summer!

We had a fabulous stay at Lucinda’s apartment - fantastic sea view and beachfront location in our favourite part of Torquay. Lovely airy and spacious accommodation on the second floor with huge sash windows to enjoy the view.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. I mainly communicated with Fiona who was incredibly responsive and also very pleasant. We had a slight issue with the boiler on the first night but Fiona responded immediately. It didn’t spoil our stay. The apartment is homely and we settled in right away. Had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. It is a steep walk up and down into Torquay but this is the case for most places. We got fitter from the walks!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Lots of things to do in torquay, babbacombe and Paignton only a bus journey away or walkable if thats not good enough katy and dales air bnb provides loads to do and after a busy day the hot tub feels amazing to relax in. We had an amazing stay i hope we come back.

Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

I stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect! So peaceful and private. The pool is shared however we were the only ones in it. The place is so clean and homely (most comfortable bed and sofa). Our hot tub heated up fast and was easy to set up. The hosts were lovely and so helpful after our car broke down. Beaches are all around may be a 15-30 min drive depending where you are going. Couldn’t fault anything, it was perfect and we will definitely be back again (most likely in the winter) Amazing! Thank you x

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

The property was just as advertised. Had to drive through a country road to get to it but the instructions were very clear so we found it very easily. The property is so close to Salcombe, it’s easy to get around and we used the local Tesco to buy the food we needed for our stay which was again easy to find and just a short drive away. Overall the property was very clean however we were slightly disappointed when it came to using the BBQ that was supplied, it still had residual food from previous guests on it so we had to give it a good clean before we could use it. We also wrongly assumed there would be coal in the BBQ so had to go back to the shop to get some when we realised there wasn’t, so if you’d like a BBQ, be sure to add coal to your shopping list! We loved the hot tub! It was beautifully clean and easy to use, lovely sitting out in the evenings with the patio area all lit up. We would definitely stay again, we had a lovely couple days in a beautiful property and area.
