The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The location provides a useful base from which to explore the many attractions of South Devon.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Private 1st floor flat with full kitchen (oven + hob), big shower, large deck. In peaceful rural setting with views of fields, cows and trees, 7 miles from Exeter centre. Range of breakfast items, including eggs from our hens. Comfy kingsize bed. 4 ft sofabed available for 1 or 2 people. Floor mattress and/or travel cot are available. High chair.

Enjoy a rural retreat at this unique and tranquil getaway. Brooking is a tiny hamlet surrounded by woodlands and fields. The brook can be crossed by ford or footbridge, with access to a public footpath through the woods, and leading to the village of Rattery with its excellent pub. Wellies are recommended!
