Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

Staying at Walnut Garden was a convenient and comfortable experience. The accommodation was well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and the shared kitchen was clean, spacious, and excellent for daily use. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

The location is good for access to Dartmouth, Salcombe and Bigbury. A really good space and a feeling of seclusion. We had an enjoyable stay.

Kene’s place is great for a stay in Exeter. A lovely clean apartment with lots of great amenities. Exeter city centre is less than a 5 minute walk away and everything is right on your doorstep. Kene is a great host, with really clear, responsive communications. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Sugar Loaf. Beautiful place, well presented and lovley and clean. The fresh eggs and personalised note were a beautiful touch too and was so appreciated. Beth was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Helen's place was great! The estate it's based on is lovely with plenty to do and the flat was well located for the beaches and other local attractions. Place was clean and well equipped. Communication was really good, Helen and Danny were responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful venue! Highly recommended. This is our first stay with Hetty The Pearl (Campervan) & Mabel (Dog) - we absolutely adore everything here and what you’ve done! We will absolutely be back with family and friends. Fantastic hosts (loved the home made granola and brownies) perfect touch to celebrate our engagement. The Loft was equipped with lots to do and lots of information.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

Wonderful cottage and garden with stunning nature surrounding it. The cottage is modern in feel with everything you could need, and felt very cosy with plenty to do (really enjoyed the table tennis in the barn!). Nikki was a great host and very helpful and responsive. We had a really enjoyable time here, and would quite happily return again.

This is one of the nicest rental properties in which we (a family of five) have stayed. Really spacious and light with comfortable furniture. Lovely welcome basket containing tea bags and treats. The upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed has a sloping ceiling, requiring care not to hit one's head, but was otherwise very comfortable and nicely furnished, as were the other bedrooms. We opted to use the upstairs space as Bedroom 4 and this worked well. We also opted to pay extra for use of the gym which was very well equipped. Very good communication with Jane beforehand (and, fortunately, no need to communicate during our stay). This was our first stay in Exmouth, which is a really nice and clean town, very well placed to visit lots of other places of interest. We followed friends' advice to visit Exeter by train rather than car, and this gave us excellent views of the lovely Exe Estuary.
