Monthly Rentals in Torquay

The apartment was light, bright and roomy. It had comfortable furnishings and was clean. We really appreciated the herbal teas, coffee pods and sweet treats. It was homely with the seaside ornaments, books and games. Great to have a big kitchen that could be sat in to eat. Parking and location was great. Only couple of issues was finding the apartment at night as address did not relate to what was on taxi satnav and the internal light to the apartment entrance is broken so very dark. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We were very comfortable at Louise's place, lots of extras & lovely touches included. The outside space was ideal for our dog. Louise was very responsive to anything we needed to know. We were very happy staying in her apartment. Warm, comfy bed & hot shower. A lot of thoughtful touches, like the Christmas tree 🎄 Thankyou.

Ideal accommodation for two in a picturesque mews within a few minutes walk of Torquay's harbour; there are hills - that's unavoidable here - which means there are lovely views to be found. Accessing the flat was straightforward; Julian's is a good communicator and his instructions were very clear. There were plenty of car permits and I always found a space to park outside the front entrance to the Mews. The flat was clean with every aid imaginable. Nice touches included tea, coffee, tablets for the dish washer and washing machine, washing up, and hand washing liquid. The Co-op is less than 5 minutes walk and is open until 11pm. It has everything you are likely to need at short notice and, especially if you're a Co-op cardholder, prices are competitive. There are at least 3 major chain restaurants within 10 minutes walk - Harvester, Prezzo, and Wetherspoons. Torquay's "high street" is 10 minutes walk; like many modern town centres, it's a little "tired". Thank you Julian

Lilly communicated really well throughout our stay whenever we needed her. The place was spotless and well kept. The main bedroom is a fantastic size as is the kitchen/dining area. She had thoughtfully left chocolates and biscuits out as well as water and drinks in the fridge. These touches were really appreciated. The smart TV enabled us to log in and relax at the end of the day. Thank you Lilly
