We had an amazing stay, Stephen was very welcoming. The room had a big bay window with nice view to the garden. It was very clean and even had an extra Dressing room.

A bigger apartment than expected with a stunning sea view. A great base from which to explore the Salcombe area on foot.

Both Iain and Jack were very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate and help and advise on local places and provide you with the information you need. The place was so clean and comfortable, felt very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

we found the place quite easily from Kate's instructions. the place was easy to get into. the bed was very, very comfortable, a lovely surroundings, a great place to stop and see the area. everything was either walkable or available on public transport. great for a short break

Thoroughly nice bloke, amazing views

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and can't recommend it highly enough. Max was proactive, responsive, and incredibly accommodating—allowing us to arrive early and leave later, which made our trip even more relaxed. The listing was exactly as described, with accurate photos that truly reflect the beautiful cottage. We filled the cottage, yet every one of us found the beds supremely comfortable, and the high-quality bathroom linen was a delightful touch. The gardens are stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for peaceful mornings and a spot of badminton. There's plenty to explore in the surrounding area, and we highly recommend taking the Buzzards Walk with a stop at Withleigh Nurseries for a lovely lunch at Café Banana. Max, thank you for hosting such an unforgettable stay. We’d love to return someday!

The Granary is a beautiful cottage on a lovely farm just as photographed. It is situated amongst a few other cottage giving it a very warm communal atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and extremely informative regarding the surrounding area.

Had a great stay whilst moving my son to university. The flat is a short drive from the city centre with the great bonus of parking. It's well appointed and spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Joel was an absolutely brilliant host, communicating almost instantaneously when we had queries. He also left us milk, tea and coffee and there were other useful storecupboard ingredients in the kitchen. There is an Aldi a few minutes drive away for anything else.

We had a lovely stay here, it was easy to find and great location for walking to town. It is very family friendly and beautifully presented!

Carly was very helpful as when we book this accommodation it was late notice and Carly took the time out of her evening to meet myself there and to make sure everything was clean and tidy. Thanks again Carly.

We have been to Exmouth on more than one occasion and found Kayleigh’s property to be exactly what we wanted in close proximity to all our requirements. Kayleigh was an excellent host and answered all our queries without hesitation. We would have no problem recommending anyone if they were looking for somewhere to stay and if available we will most certainly book to stay there again.

The property has been renovated to an excellent standard with lovely features and details. I have yet to stay in another property that compares. The experience as a whole was perfect! Set on the very edge of the North moors, walking from the front door you can soon be on the moor, enjoying views over Dartmoor, taking in its expanse and unique landscape. It really is a special location and property to match.

Loved the location, allocated parking was what was very important for us. Close to town and our friends who live round the corner. It is a lovely new apartment with great views, great shower and balcony. Bed was a little hard for us, but owner is addressing this for the future. But overall a lovely comfortable apartment which was spotless. Will definitely use again.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)
