Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Torquay

....you can totally chill at suki's place...just watch the world go by, tides come in & go out...also nice beer at hand if you do need to walk 50yds..

We really loved our stay at MUNTHAM with Adam & Grant as our hosts. Grant met us when we arrived and very kindly helped us with our luggage For Ian and myself (Fran) we both had a WOW moment as the apartment although on the smaller side was so tastefully renovated … cosy and welcoming ! We had only four nights in Torquay but both Grant &Adam are very knowledgeable of the area so we had lots of places, hotels and restaurants to choose from. The weather wasn’t on our side but with our host’s recommendations we visited Dartmouth and Dartmoor for great days out. We didn’t have any noise while we were staying in the apartment and the bed was especially comfortable. They had some lovely treats for our arrival we really appreciated. The guys were very good communicators and we would highly recommend their apartments if you are heading to Devon. Thank you very much.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

What a lovely welcoming fella. So helpful and quick to respond on any enquiry. Everything was home from home and they had thought of everything we could need throughout a short or long stay. Even fresh flowers in the kitchen and lounge. Milk in the fridge with a bottle of bubbly too. Tea and coffee to hand after a long journey. Clean and modernly decorated. Comfy beds and quality bed linen used. Toiletries provided - incase you couldn’t bring your own. Shower was powerful and spotless. Location, was perfect. Didn’t need to use the car, once parked on the driveway as the bus service was great. Child and dog friendly. So, much to see and do if you choose and/or just chill out inbetween. Great choice of accommodation and will definitely return again

We loved staying at Louise’s place. It was the perfect base for my husband’s sailing event and a short walk down to the harbour where there were lots of shops/cafes/restaurants. The apartment was extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious - certainly enough space for x4 adults and a couple of little ones. Louise was kind enough to leave a travel cot and highchair for our youngest. The parking was very handy too. We had a fantastic time in Torquay and will certainly be back.

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

The pictures don't do justice to the property. Is better than it looks. Spacious rooms, confy beds , cosy furniture, friendly host ...all reviews are spot-on . Is not possible to give more than 5 stars ✨️. There is remote controlled canopy which we used it (was warm but raining for 30 min )and enjoyed the whole afternoon without issues and I am underlining that because U can see it in the picture but there is a table with umbrella and won't pay attention to the rest(when got there found upgraded table ,bigger, square with gravity chairs) No words...we felt straight away like home. Thank you Stephen.

Super spot for 8 of us for a golf weekend. Pool table a big added bonus. Big spacious rooms as well.

Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

We had an amazing stay at Hollycroft Barn, from the moment we arrived Tracey was so helpful, showed us around and made us feel at home, she even baked us a beautiful welcome cake! The barn is absolutely stunning, and so homely, we didn’t want to leave, the grounds are amazing, Tracey even brought down the lambs so we could bottle feed them! Fantastic host and fantastic property, would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

Extremely warm welcome from the lovely hosts to their beautiful and immaculately kept home with loving attention to every detail. Though we went over New Year with miserable/stormy weather the Boathouse was cosy and the sheltered wood burning hot tub was a must, perfect in all weathers. Drinking coffee early morning by the river’s edge was serene. Would highly recommend for a getaway.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection. Thank you for a wonderful break, I would definitely return and recommend it.

Duncan was an amazing host and very helpful and friendly. The Airbnb was absolutely stunning and included all the little essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner/soap, ironing board/iron, and more. Duncan was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment within 5 minute walk of the harbour, seafront and theatre, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kati was friendly and responsive with advice and suggestions for trips. Would definitely stay here again .
