Семьёй останавливались в этой квартире — всё очень понравилось! Отличное месторасположение: пляж, магазины, кафе — всё в шаговой доступности. В самой квартире чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Остались только приятные впечатления. Рекомендую всем!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et il y a tout a proximité. Accueil très chaleureux, rien à redire c’était parfait. Merci beaucoup !

Na aankomst bleken er een aantal zaken niet goed te zijn gegaan in het appartement. Nadat ik David hierover bericht gaf en hem een voorstel deed, hoe dit op te lossen kon hij zich hierin vinden. Dat was erg fijn en had ik mede hierdoor een heel erg goed verblijf. Daarnaast reageert David vlot op berichten, waardoor er een prettige communicatie is. Het appartement is fijn. Weids uitzicht op de 12e, mooie badkamer, heerlijke douche en een fijn bed. Tip: De muren zijn dun en kan het gehorig zijn. Met oordoppen is dit op te lossen.

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.

The place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s located in a quiet area, yet everything you need is close by. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I return to the area.

Все було чудово. Гарна локація, житло поруч с зупинкою громадського транспорту. Поруч два супермаркети, декілька ресторанів і барів. Прекрасна набережна с довгим і широким пляжем. Квартира повністю відповідає опису, для роботи дуже вдало в квартирі розташований стіл і стілець.

Very good value Airbnb. Quality furnishings, logical layout, comfortable beds, a nice balcony, useful washer, good hand vacuum to take care of the sand from the beach nearby. 2 big blocks to supermarket, 1 small block to pharmacy, 2 blocks to good beach and restaurants. We barely used our car.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern - toller Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer (Sonnenaufgang auf Balkonseite). Fußnah sind einige Restaurants und Supermärkte (darunter auch Aldi, Roßmann etc.). In das Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 5 km. Check-In war super einfach und Adam hat sehr schnell geantwortet bei Rückfragen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

If you want an apartment that is peaceful, relaxing yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront and beach then you won't find a better option than this. Nestled within a complex of other apartments it has access to one of the best swimming pools we have experienced. Being on the first floor you can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and watching the sun go down. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves but even when other people were swimming it was still very quiet and peaceful. Just 5 minutes walk is a superb supermarket if you want to self cater like us. Alternatively there is a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. The seafront is just a 10 minute walk along very pleasant well kept streets. This apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having our own business back in the UK we needed to keep in touch and the WI FI was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Pobyt w tym miejscu był świetny! Blisko do plaży, deptaków i promenad nadmorskich, dookoła dużo lokali, sklep pod samym blokiem. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dokładnie takie, jak na zdjęciach, duży taras, na którym spędzałyśmy większość czasu (ogromny plus za markizę osłaniającą przed południowym słońcem!) Czwarte piętro (jest winda!), zapewniające dużo prywatności nawet na tak dużym tarasie Komunikacja z właścicielką również bez żadnych problemów, miła i sympatyczna osoba :) Połączenie z lotniskiem Alicante również bez zarzutu, szybki i sprawny dojazd, po czym krótki spacerek z przystanku do mieszkania Jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć nad morzem- śmiało polecam!

El apartamento de Pierre es una maravilla, grande, espacioso y con todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia muy agradable en familia. Cabe destacar la limpieza del apartamento y en especial también, la terraza con vistas al puerto y unos sillones donde disfrutar de ellas. La ubicación en todo el centro de Torrevieja hace que puedas disfrutar tanto de su oferta comercial como de sus playas. Además teníamos a nuestra disposición hamacas y todo para llevar a la playa. Pierre es muy amable y atento, nos dejó tb una plaza de parking para esos días por un precio muy conveniente. Repetiremos seguro, muchísimas gracias por todo!!

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Une année de plus passer chez cette hôte est vraiment pas déçu , comme d’habitude hôte très professionnel et surtout logement magnifique très propre je met un 100 sur 100 pour la propreté et l’odeur incroyable des linges de lit. Tout est équipé et fonctionnelle dans ce logement. Une pépite dès lors que l’on peux aller à pied au supermarché faire nos petite course. La résidence est très propres les gens respecte vraiment tout le règlement intérieure . Place de parking disponible tout le long de la résidence lieu très sécurisé nous y avons laisser notre voiture une semaine. Vraiment je vous recommande vivement ce logement j’y reviendrais pour une troisième année sans hésité !!! Merci beaucoup à Dominiek hôte des plus professionnels que je connaisse !! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Viktors Penthouse! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft – der Ausblick vom Balkon ist spektakulär: das weite Meer + die schön gestaltete und abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtete Poolanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohnen braucht – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein größerer Tisch zum draußen Essen wünschenswert. Auch haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten gefehlt ( nur ein Sessel und ein Sofa) – da steckt noch viel Potenzial drin! Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt in einer top Lage – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.
